
How To Process Fear Of Uncertainty, And Feel Safe And Supported
Allow your body to embrace whatever sensations are present. Let it expand throughout your body. This practice not only relaxes your being, it also allows you to be more at peace with the current situation and the fears it entails.
Transcript
Guide a meditation to process,
Release,
Embrace,
Fear of uncertainty,
Fear of the unknown.
Lay down in a comfortable position with your arms and your legs outstretched like a five pointed star.
The crown of your head is lengthening away from your body.
Your ten fingers are spread.
Take a moment to spread your toes and move your toes up and down.
Reaching away from the center of your body.
Feeling your body elongating and expanding.
Fear causes our bodies to constrict and tighten.
Allow your body right now to embrace whatever sensations are happening and at the same time creating an intention of elongating.
Reaching away and reaching out.
Expanding as you take a deep inhalation through your nose.
Feel the air moving into your body and expanding your lungs,
Your heart,
Your tummy and your perineum,
Your pelvic floor.
Allow this to happen now a few times with your eyes closed.
With every progressive breath,
You're allowing your body to surrender even more deeply to the support surface.
Release all tension in your body.
Allow yourself to be carried.
Feeling safe,
Feeling supported.
That's right.
You are safe.
It is safe for you to lean back.
Take a moment now to ask yourself,
What is my greatest fear?
And notice what arises.
What do I worry about?
Do I worry about a person that I love?
A family member?
Is there something that I worry about myself?
My health?
My finances?
What do I worry about?
Do I worry about the future?
Notice what arises.
Notice if your body is feeling certain tensions or sensations as I ask those questions.
You can place your hand on your body.
For example,
Your chest might be feeling tense or tight or your stomach.
Bring your attention to those parts of your body where you might be feeling tense or stuck or fear.
Expand into those parts.
Breathe into those areas as if you had a lung there.
You can do this now.
Wherever your attention goes,
Energy flows.
And wherever we've been holding stress or tension or worries,
By simply bringing our awareness,
Our attention there,
We're causing it to process and flow.
And sometimes memories come up when we do these meditations.
Allow yourself to continue to be the witness,
The observer of all the different sensations,
Thoughts,
Or memories that come up as if you were a video camera.
You do not have to know why these things are coming up.
You can simply breathe and ah.
You're riding the waves of your emotions,
Energy in motion.
Simply breathing consciously,
Ah,
Assists your body in healing itself.
Allow yourself to feel more supported by your own self now that you are a master at feeling and flowing the energies,
The emotions of the past.
Allow your arms to spread even wider.
Ah.
And if you have been feeling fear of the unknown in the future,
Maybe you are wanting to be in a romantic relationship and you're scared that you're going to get hurt.
Or maybe you're not working right now and you're fearful of,
Will I get a job?
And when will I get a job?
Or maybe there's a situation in your life that you're not really that excited about and you want it to change.
How we think causes how we feel and we are vibrational beings and therefore we attract based on how we feel in our bodies which is caused by how we think and perceive.
Allow yourself to reflect on what would you like to feel like if everything in your life was going the way that you wanted,
That you wished and desired.
For example,
I would like to feel more peaceful,
Confident,
Abundant,
Prosperous,
Successful.
Allow yourself to feel the way that you wish to feel as if it were already true.
Imagine what it would feel like to feel confident,
Successful,
Abundant,
Connected to your heart and clear.
Allow yourself to imagine what it would feel like if you felt contentment and joy and peace regardless of what was happening around you in your environment.
What if you could stay in a calm,
Alert state as a witness of whatever it was that ever arised around you or within you without getting too attached to any emotion?
What if you were more of a neutral observer and if any fears of the unknown or any fears of uncertainty would creep up on you again because they happen,
It's a part of us.
You would simply witness the fears coming up and use your breath to flow them.
What would it feel like for you to be this way?
Notice how you would feel.
Allow yourself to be more imaginative and curious.
Hmm,
I wonder what that would feel like if I was comfortable with the unknown.
And what would it feel like if I trusted in our Creator that everything is happening for us to grow and thrive and strengthen and that every moment is an opportunity to practice being the observer.
Allow yourself to witness the sounds,
The sensations in your body for these next couple of breaths.
Practice right now witnessing the sensations of taking deep breaths and exhaling through your mouth,
Ahhh.
You are the witness of your conscious breathing and expanding and allowing yourself to feel the sensations without asking,
Why am I feeling that way?
You're staying present in your body.
You are like a video camera observing everything.
Allow your breath to expand even more.
Reach your arms out and legs even more.
Inhale a long inhalation and hold your breath for as long as you can before you exhale.
Hold it,
Hold it.
Exhale ahhh.
Notice now the space around your body,
The space around your toes and feet and calves,
The space around your legs,
Your hips.
Become the observer of the space that you occupy in space,
Your stomach,
Your chest,
Your throat,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Head.
Sensing and noticing yourself beyond your body.
Sensing the space around you.
What would it feel like if you felt safe and supported in the unknown?
Living moment by moment,
Connected to your heart,
To your soul,
And to a peaceful breathing pattern.
What if you felt very supported by our creator?
Regardless of your past,
What if it were possible for you to feel a deep sense of peace and calm?
Imagine what that would feel like for you now.
Breathe in the feeling into every cell of your body.
Every single DNA molecule is vibrating the frequency of peace.
Feeling safe,
Feeling supported.
We are safe.
We are supported.
We are love.
We are peace.
Inhale feeling this as if it were already true in every cell of your being.
We are safe.
We are supported.
We are love.
We are comfortable in every moment,
Regardless of what is happening around us.
Imagining yourself waking up in the morning feeling safe and supported,
Living present,
Comfortable with the unknown.
Because you know that everything is happening for you,
Perfectly for you,
And that you are safe and supported always.
Allowing yourself to feel grateful for your life right now and grateful for who you are.
Give yourself a hug.
Thanking yourself for being open and giving yourself permission to feel more comfortable in the unknown today.
Practice leaning back and feeling safe and supported throughout your day to strengthen these new patterns and create neuroplasticity in your brain so that we can wire and rewire and fire new cells that are going to bring in the frequency of feeling safe and supported.

I went to sleep early last night feeling very anxious and depressed about my financial situation and health, and immediately after waking did this meditation. Iβm still scared, but donβt feel it as much in my body and will try to continue the breathing exercise throughout the day. Thank you β€οΈ
