Thank you for choosing to travel mindfully with us today.

This meditation is intended to be used while traveling.

We know that sometimes it's hard to relax and wind down when you're in a new space or in a hotel room.

So we hope that this helps you to unwind at the end of the day before you go to bed.

So with that,

I invite you to bring all your awareness into this present moment,

Letting go of all your thoughts and worries from today and setting them aside for another time,

Becoming aware of your breath as it begins to move in and out slowly through your nose,

Increasing the length of your inhale and exhale,

Becoming more present with each breath you take.

Find something in this space that makes you feel safe,

Comfortable,

Or cozy,

Reminding yourself that you will be safe to sleep here tonight,

Continuing to inhale and exhale,

Allowing your nervous system to relax with each exhale.

Have a moment of gratitude for yourself and for the day.

Think about something that you're grateful for today.

Maybe it was a very small moment.

Maybe you're grateful for your breath or your body,

For having a place to sleep tonight.

Think about what it would feel like to drift off to sleep easily tonight.

What would it feel like for your body to relax,

For your mind to relax and let go,

And to drift off to sleep peacefully and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and rejuvenated?

Would you feel grateful for this?

Continuing to feel the breath as it passes in and out of your nostrils,

Knowing that's what's happened today is already done and there's nothing you can do to change anything that's happened.

All you can do is let go and surrender to this present moment and allow your mind and body to relax,

Giving yourself the gift of relaxation,

Peace,

And sleep.
