Taking the time to sense within can be hard in a world filled with so much noise. Yet in slight moments, we can start to get glimpses of our true selves, as they manifest in different ways. Yet, if we draw on that, reflect on it, give us the space to see ourselves outside of the dualistic perspective, we begin to not only find our rhythm in this way of life, but see how powerful we truly are.

What's going on,

Insight Timer?

What's going on?

Let's take a deep breath.

Let's take a deep breath.

If you found this episode,

It is for a reason.

You have clicked on it.

It interests you.

Sparked your soul.

So we're here now.

So,

Let's take a deep breath.

For y'all who don't know me,

My name is Mark Anthony.

And the irony of it is,

Is it seems like every time I get up here,

I'm telling you guys we're back.

Or,

You know,

I came off a transition.

And truthfully,

That's what it's been like.

It's not the irony,

More so the rhythm of the universe.

And that's what I kind of want to talk about today.

I just kind of want to break down my perspective on it.

And just how it's shown up in my life.

And,

You know,

Just offer a perspective.

And for any of my new people,

Honestly,

That's what I plan to do here and on all of our talks.

And it'll just be more than talks as well.

I plan on bringing different things.

Maybe some affirmation subliminals or some guided meditation and things like that.

But really wanted to get into flow with things.

I just recently moved into a new spot.

Got a new mic.

So a lot of new is on the horizon.

And I finally feel like I have found a grounding and sustainable state to show up consistently here.

So with that said,

I kind of want to talk about the rhythm,

Right?

So the rhythm of the universe.

One of the laws of the universe is rhythm.

And I remember reading the Kabbalah once and having that certain law kind of stick with me.

And I really wanted to practice that.

And I started doing that in my life and just noticing the peaks and valleys.

And noticing the wins and the quote-unquote losses and things like that.

How if I gave myself a chance to not view it from such a victim mindset or view it from such a dualistic mindset.

But view it with this heart-centeredness.

View it with this understanding of rhythm.

It gave me an opportunity to kind of catch the flow.

And I don't say this in like a spiritual bypassing way.

Because the depths that we experience within our experience,

They hurt.

They bring pain.

They bring old patterns.

And it's very easy to sink into those things.

But if for a moment we can understand that in these different experiences lies that reasoning.

We can almost treat it like a wave and we're on a boat.

And the wave may bring up some rocky things.

But if we can navigate that and that boat being our heart and our mind connected,

Right?

If we can navigate that with an open mind and an understanding of the experience that we're living.

I feel like it helps us understand the universal rhythm.

And so what is the universal rhythm?

I'll be honest.

I'm still exploring that.

But from my experience,

I feel like it's almost like a wave.

And they show up in experiences that take us to different places to reflect things inside of us.

And sometimes those places are to heights and new levels.

And sometimes those places are to depths,

To things that we need to reflect on,

Things that we need to heal from.

And I feel like for me that law of rhythm is just an honoring that we are a spiritual being and a human.

We have darkness and we have light.

We have polarities.

We have evil and we have good,

Right?

It's an honoring of the duality and finding that thin line of just balancing in both and how they manifest,

Right?

Like for me,

For example,

It's like I used to get stuck in thought loops.

And so what was happening is I was only in my mind.

I was only thinking through my mind and I wasn't giving myself that space to feel.

And so that's that polarity of just being in the mind.

And so when you find that rhythm,

You understand how it's both mind and heart,

Right?

And so you just kind of – and it's a practice.

And that's the beauty of this experience.

It can get annoying.

It can get irritated.

It can – you know,

That self-critic can come out and those depths can – but for me,

I feel like that rhythm is just finding that balance between the duality that is this experience and that it's finding how to feel things out,

How to use your mind to see things and allow yourself to feel things out as well.

And so recently that's just what I've been practicing,

What I've been allowing myself to experience is the genuine rhythm of myself,

Right?

The authenticity and things of that nature,

But also the rhythm of the universe and see where the universe honestly has to take me and where trusting in that rhythm,

Trusting in the divine,

Where that has to take me as well.

And just being that observer,

That doer,

And the character all at the same time.

So that's just my spiel on the universal rhythm,

My experience perspective on that.

I'm still exploring,

And I think a main thing for me is while yes,

You know,

Ones may look at this as wisdom and things like that,

It's experience.

And I want to share my experience up here with you,

With you beautiful souls.

And like I said,

I want to bring a multitude of things.

And I also want to leave space for questions.

Please feel free to question me.

Please feel free to ask questions.

We can get in a friendly debate.

At least it's always going to be friendly on my side.

Feel free to ask questions in the comments.

I'll gladly expand on the topic or anything like that.

But really I feel rooted and grounded now and ready to honestly get more consistent up here on Inside Timer.

So I promise it won't be weeks before you get another talk from me.

So just stay tuned and feel free to check out the other ones as well.

Much peace to you guys.

My name is Mark Anthony.

And enjoy the new.

Accept the new.

And I'll catch you guys in the next one.

Much peace.

Bye.
