In this short session, we will switch from doing to being. This practice can be done at any time of the day. We will take a moment to slow down, take a few deep breaths, and give ourselves a chance to reset. There is no background music.

Begin by sitting in an upright position or even lying down.

Allow your eyes to close and allow your body to soften.

Notice the sensations at the back of your head and neck.

Your temples.

The sides of your face.

Allow your jaw to loosen.

Your shoulders to fall.

Let everything slow down.

Take a deep inhale.

And exhale out through your mouth,

Letting everything go.

And another deep inhale.

And letting go with a deep exhale out.

Just be here now.

Just be.

It's okay to be.

Everything is softening and slowing down.

This time is just to be.

Nothing else but be.

Nothing else but be.

Take a deep inhale.

And exhale out through your mouth.

Let everything continue slowing down.

Just being here now in space and stillness.

In faith and trust.

In contentment and gratitude.

In part for giving yourself this time to be.

To be here now.

Alive and present.

Awakening to your true self.

Finally take another deep inhale.

And exhale out through your mouth.

And another deep inhale.

And exhale out through your mouth.

Remain in stillness and silence.

And whenever you feel ready,

Come back to your surroundings and softly open your eyes.
