Welcome to your morning meditation.
I'm so happy to be here with you.
And I invite you to get into a very comfortable,
Very relaxed position.
Allow your eyes to close down and just allow yourself to relax,
Putting away all those thoughts,
All the tasks that have been done or that are waiting to be done.
Just allow yourself to come into this beautiful,
Peaceful moment.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out through your nose.
Let's begin with the forehead.
I want you to feel all those little frown lines,
All those little worry lines in your forehead just seem to disappear.
The forehead smooths out,
Feels so relaxed.
This relaxation starts to come around the eyes now,
Down the face,
Around the mouth.
Just allowing the jaw to become heavy and your teeth may part.
Feel this relaxation coming down the front of the shoulders,
Around the elbow,
Down the forearm,
To the wrist and each and every finger.
Just relax even more as you continue to go deeper and deeper,
Even deeper.
Relax.
Just beginning to notice this ease and gentle relaxation beginning to flow through the body.
Feel this relaxation coming down the front of the chest,
Down around the abdomen,
Down the front of the legs.
Just allowing this relaxation to flow through the front of the body from head to toe.
This relaxation comes around the back of the head,
Down the spinal column,
To the hips,
All the way down the back of the thighs,
Into the hollow of the knees,
Around the calf of the legs,
To the bottom of the foot.
And each and every toe,
Just relax even more as you continue to go deeper and deeper,
Deeper,
Even deeper.
Just allowing yourself to relax in this beautiful place of peace and relax.
Just beginning to notice how relaxed your body feels,
So relaxed.
Coming back to the breath,
Just beginning to become aware of your breath,
The gentle ease as each breath comes in through the nose and as it goes out through the nose.
Feeling this calm,
Peaceful,
Relaxed feeling all through your body.
The mind is at peace,
The body feels relaxed.
As you continue through the rest of your day,
Remind yourself the ease of coming back to the breath and bringing your awareness back to your breath allows you to anchor into this beautiful place of peace and relaxation.
Namaste.
