Welcome my friend.

You're tuned in to OMHAIKU.

I'm your host MAMUN.

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you.

If you've been feeling stressed,

Overwhelmed,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Lonely,

Experiencing self-hatred,

Self-doubt,

A lack of motivation,

Inspiration,

Feeling fed up with work,

Fed up with school,

Or perhaps even joyful,

Loving,

Peaceful,

Grounded,

Centered,

Playful,

Or somewhere in between.

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.

We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day,

In the unfolding of our moment to moment,

Having trust that everything is unfolding as it should for our greatest benefit,

Even when it's difficult to see how or why.

That being said,

Getting comfortable my friend,

Becoming aware of how you're sat.

You can sit up straight or lie down.

I invite you to close the eyes.

You're safe to let the eyes be closed,

Looking inside,

Witnessing and welcoming the mind.

Witnessing and welcoming emotion.

Witnessing and welcoming sensations.

Taking a deep breath in.

Every cell in the body breathing in.

And every cell in the body breathing out.

Taking a deep breath in.

Breathing in love for yourself.

Exhaling love for others.

Breathing in gratitude to be alive.

Exhale,

Letting go of the inner criticism,

The negativity.

Breathing in harmonious energy.

And exhale,

Letting go of the inner conflict.

Embracing this moment as it is.

Taking a deep breath.

Take a deep breath out.

Relaxing the face.

Relaxing the shoulders.

Relaxing the hands.

Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in.

Letting go of past mistakes as you breathe in compassion.

And exhale,

Letting go of anger,

Disappointment and despair.

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

And letting go of thoughts.

Going back into the body.

Having love for your body as it is.

Being thankful for all that it does.

Having love for the mind as it is.

Being thankful for all that it does.

Taking a deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

Relaxing the jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

Relaxing the eyes.

Relaxing the mind.

Allowing the mind to unwind.

Feeling the belly relaxed.

Opening the heart.

As you take one last deep breath for now.

The color for today is brown.

The number is one trillion.

And the animal is a willy mammoth.

Thank you for joining me across time and space.
