Alright,

My friends,

Go ahead and get cozy,

Whether that's sitting tall or laying down.

Let the surface beneath you do all the heavy lifting for now.

If it feels good,

Close your eyes,

And if not,

Just let your gaze go soft and lazy.

Take a big,

Easy breath in through your nose,

Letting your belly puff out unapologetically,

And then sigh it out through your mouth.

And let it feel like you're letting go of every to-do list,

Every should,

Every grocery store-level stress from today.

Take a couple more of those big,

Slow inhales,

And even slower exhales.

Bring your awareness to the crown of your head,

Inviting a sense of spaciousness and clarity.

As you exhale,

Imagine any lingering thoughts dissolving,

Making room for this present moment.

Continue breathing those deep,

Slow breaths as you now soften your forehead and that space between your eyebrows.

And release your jaw,

Letting it hang loose and relaxed.

With your next exhale,

Let your shoulders drop down and back,

Like they're tired of holding the world up.

And spoiler alert,

They don't have to.

Shift your focus to your chest.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath here,

Anchoring you to the truth that every inhale holds the potential for a fresh start.

Notice how your body feels in this moment,

Just as it is.

Nothing to change,

Nothing to fix.

Draw your awareness to your hands.

What would it feel like to soften and open them,

Palms ready to receive whatever brings you joy and meaning?

Bring your attention to your hips,

Noticing how they connect to whatever's beneath you.

Imagine them growing heavier.

Like they're sinking deeper into this moment,

Grounding you right here,

Right now.

Finally,

Travel down your legs to your feet.

Feel them planted firmly,

Supported by the earth beneath you.

Let them remind you that you are here,

Rooted in this moment,

Ready to show up fully for yourself.

Take another deliciously full breath,

And let it out.

Feel your entire body as one whole,

Beautiful,

Messy,

Present entity,

Exactly as it should be.

Let this be your time to simply receive,

Setting the tone for clarity and ease in your day ahead.

So when you're ready,

And you don't have to be ready right now,

But when you are,

Flutter your eyes open.

Let this grounded,

Connected,

And clear-headed version of you roll right into what's next.

You've got this.
