Transcript

Of your body.

So let's begin this beautiful practice tonight focusing on still the theme of valuing self but allowing ourselves to hold the love and the trust for ourselves like we would one of our best friends.

So I bring you into the awareness of your breath.

Feeling that rising and falling of your breath as you slow it down.

Let's allow a breath in for at least the count of three and a breath out for at least the count of five.

Every time you breathe out you can allow yourself to know that you are decompressing,

You are letting go from anything before this moment because you are giving yourself permission and energy follows thought so if your thoughts are I give myself permission to let go of what's come to the surface,

It's come to the surface to be released,

Let it go,

Let the breath carry it away.

Let's acknowledge what is holding your body now,

Whether you are sitting or whether you are laying,

Acknowledging your body.

And what is holding your body?

What is holding your body now represents earth energy.

Earth energy is grounded,

Earth energy will hold you whenever you remember to allow it.

We race across the earth forgetting to pause and to breathe in its support.

You have this opportunity now.

Acknowledge now what is holding you and let the body with the next out breath,

Let it surrender even more to what is holding you.

You can do this with a out breath through the mouth so that you hear that sound of letting go and let what is holding you hold you even more.

And we'll bring the mind's attention to the back of the head and let the back of the head,

Just as though you're dropping an anchor,

Can visualize you're dropping a little pin,

A little anchor into whatever is holding you.

And also coming down at the back of the neck and just letting whatever is holding you,

The back of the neck that you're just dropping a little anchoring pin with your next out breath,

Letting it drop down.

Coming down to the back of your heart chakra which is in the centre of the chest.

I'm just being aware of this chest rising and falling now,

This beautiful sphere that is expanding and deflating.

With your next out breath,

I welcome you to allow this cord of energy that's running from your heart right down into Mother Earth.

Let it flow all the way down into the core of Mother Earth's heart like an umbilical cord.

It's always there but we forget to acknowledge it and in acknowledging it,

You activate it.

Releasing now out through the front of your chest,

Expanding,

Letting go.

Bringing your awareness down to the hips and dropping an anchor at each hip into what is holding you.

Bringing your awareness to the back of your knees and allowing yourself to drop a pin,

Anchoring pin at the back of each knee.

Bringing yourself to the awareness of your feet,

Whether your feet are flat on the floor or whether the heels are resting on something,

Just allowing a pin to drop from your feet into whatever is holding you.

Allowing the breath to deflate the body on your next exhale.

And remind the mind,

I am safe.

I am just breathing.

I am safe.

I am just breathing love.

Just welcoming you to the stillness of your body.

We ask the mind in this moment,

Just take a step into the back seat to rest,

To look after the body.

The mind likes to have a job to do.

Ask it to look after your body.

And let's put trust in the front seat.

Welcome trust into your awareness.

Breathe it in like it's the most beautiful scent you have smelt in a long time.

What would trust smell like to you now?

Breathe it in.

Let it run right down the core of you and out through your legs,

Right down to your feet with your out breath.

Inhaling it again,

This beautiful energy of trust and let it flow right down.

Releasing it out through the legs,

Through the base of you.

Let's do that inhale and exhale one more time.

Remembering I am safe.

I am just breathing trust.

Bringing your attention to your feet.

And allowing yourself to breathe now,

A little bit below the feet so you're breathing into the earth,

Anchoring this trust.

The next out breath at a point,

It's a wonderful chakra,

Called your Earth Star Chakra,

Three feet below your feet.

Just let it reach down to that anchoring point.

Hook it on or know it's anchored.

And from this Earth Star we have some wonderful roots that might be coming into your awareness,

Visually,

Feeling them or knowing they're there.

Beautiful roots of your wisdom,

Not just from this lifetime but other lifetimes that your soul has been in.

Encouraging this trust to run right down into the roots that run from your Earth Star.

They run out to the sides,

They run out in front of you,

But they are your anchoring.

These are your strength.

When you are challenged,

You come back to the roots of you.

When tree with the strongest roots will never fear the wind,

Breathing down through these roots now,

Let any unfurl that might have got restricted and constricted and pulled up in tension,

Let them unfurl.

Come into this earthy presence of you.

At the moment the mind feels way,

Way,

Way,

Way,

Way,

Way.

You're down in this snug earth presence,

Surrounded by your wisdoms.

What a beautiful place to be.

Surrounded by your wisdoms,

What a beautiful place to be.

Letting the breath just be in your own ebb and flow.

Welcome to your presence of being,

Being in your anchored presence of you.

Not expecting anything of yourself.

Not looking to the future or being stuck in the past,

Just being in your presence of you.

From one breath to the next breath.

You have permission to slow everything down.

Welcome in this beautiful flow of ease now.

Weave through this trust.

Welcoming in ease,

You are worthy of feeling ease in your trust of you.

For if you trust who you are,

The doubts have nowhere to grow.

Remember now in this grounded space,

What you know is worth trusting about you.

Let this wisdom,

This awareness,

Just find some life,

Let it land with you,

What is worth trusting about me.

Breathe it in,

Breathe it out as though you're giving it life,

You're letting it expand.

You're sending it out to universal love and the universal chain.

You are safe in the trust of you.

What if you were to repeat that to yourself?

I am safe in the trust of me.

What if you were to repeat that to yourself?

I am safe in the trust of me.

Breathing out any resistance to that statement.

Resistance might feel like a tightness.

Breathe it out,

It's just a fear that's rising.

Now all this wonderful earthy grounded trust,

I'm going to start bringing it up through the body.

And so with the next inhale,

I welcome you to bring it up to your sacral,

To your abdomen.

Breathe it up and then expand it out around you as you breathe out.

So you're sending it out in every direction.

Let's do that one more time.

Breathing up into the sacral,

Your pelvic area,

Your lower back.

Breathe out this trust in every direction.

With the next inhale,

We're breathing it up to the sacrum.

With the next inhale,

We're breathing it up to your solar plexus,

Right in the centre of the body,

Just above the navel.

Expand it in every direction.

We're activating the trust within the core of your energy body.

And this will flow and filter out through your emotional body,

Mental body and your physical body.

Let it flow out.

Good.

Bringing it up now a little bit further with the inhale,

Right up to the centre of the chest in the heart chakra.

And release it out every direction.

Such grace.

Such ease.

Breathing up again.

Expanding it out.

Beautiful.

Now let's bring it right up to the base of the throat.

Let's bring trust up into the truth of you.

Inhale it all the way up to the throat.

Expand it out.

Nice long out-breath.

Longer out-breath than in-breath.

Good.

Don't forget to expand it behind the back of the neck.

This can get very congested and we forget to trust ourselves.

Letting it flush through any tension at the back of the neck.

We'll do three inhales at the throat and neck.

Expanding trust and flushing any of that tension that's been building up in the nervous system.

Letting your next exhale be like a liquid energy that flushes right down the spine from the back of the neck.

Letting it cleanse right down the spine.

Just drips off any that does not resonate with this trust and ease.

With this trust and ease we let it go back to Mother Earth.

Wonderful.

Bringing your attention with the breath right up to the centre of your third eye.

In the centre of the brain pulling that trust up.

Expanding it out in every direction.

Flushing the congestion.

Let's release any of this intuitive congestion.

Making space.

Really welcoming in the ease here.

Continuing to breathe all the way up to your third eye.

Flushing it out.

Flushing it with trust.

With the next breath we inhale all the way up to the crown.

And we release and create that pathway of energy up above the crown.

Connecting your energy body to that higher presence of you.

That lightness.

That higher frequency.

Of knowing.

Continuing to let the breath out.

Carry your awareness.

Carry your awareness all the way up.

Keeping on going.

And this trajectory continues with ease.

Letting this reach up higher and higher.

Travelling up towards Source.

That place of complete oneness.

And it is here we drop the boundaries of the physical body and we allow the energy body,

All of your energy body to follow that path that you've created right up to Source.

And you are supporting this journey of your energy body.

Supporting this journey of your energy body with love.

Remember that umbilical cord that is holding you connected to Mother Earth?

Pull up the love with the in-breath and allow it to carry your energy body all the way up.

All the way up to Source.

Like a beautiful magic carpet almost carrying your energy body.

Supported by love.

There's a real sense of freedom coming in for many of you.

As you let love and trust carry you towards the expansiveness and the oneness of Source.

That space of Source.

Knowing you are able now to be completely free and infinite.

In your clearest version of trust and love of you,

Let yourself expand.

Refuel your energy body now.

Every molecule of your energy vibration,

Let it refuel.

How?

By surrendering even more.

By allowing yourself to receive.

As one molecule fills,

It overflows into the next molecule.

And you're allowing the light of oneness to wash through all of your energy body.

Some of you this may seem like an incredible beautiful light.

Maybe golden,

Maybe white.

But you are saturated in this light.

Let it in.

Use your breath to let it carry through all of your energy body.

Good.

Any strong energies you're feeling anywhere in your body,

Your physical body,

Breathe through it,

Release it,

Keep it in flow.

That's it.

In this beautiful flow of light,

In this beautiful flow of love and trust of you,

Let yourself form a vision of your face,

A vision of you.

Joyous in love and trust of yourself.

Just let that image come into your awareness of how you would look,

Of how you would feel,

Of how you would sound.

In an abundance of light,

Of love and trust.

Allow yourself to visualize,

Allow yourself to feel.

And for some of you it's so strong,

It's as though you could reach out and touch that version of you,

That joyous face.

Smiling back,

Smiling back at that beautiful face.

Letting this joy of you now funnel into the heart chakra.

Let it run all the way back down into your heart chakra.

From your heart chakra,

Let it run through the nervous system,

The bloodstream,

The bones of you.

Let it run up the spine,

Let it run up the heart.

Let it run up the spine,

Let it run up the heart.

The bones of you.

Let it run up the spine,

Down the spine.

Let it run across the shoulders.

Let it run down the arms,

The hands,

The longest finger.

Back up again,

Down through all your organs.

Down through the hips.

Bring it down,

Gradually,

Gradually,

You bring all of this joy,

This expansiveness,

Back down through the heart chakra.

Reminding yourself,

I'm worthy of loving me.

I'm worthy of trusting me.

I'm worthy of valuing me.

And my beautiful,

Radiant light.

You can say that again to yourself.

I'm worthy of loving me.

I'm worthy of trusting me.

I'm worthy of loving me.

I'm worthy of trusting me.

I'm valuing my beautiful,

Radiant light.

I'm worthy of loving me.

I'm worthy of trusting me.

I'm valuing my beautiful,

Radiant light.

Letting all of this come right down through the legs.

Right down,

Back to that earth star.

Just allow yourself to be aware of this energy,

This light lighting up all your roots.

So that what has been above is now below,

And what has been below is now above.

If you bring your hands to,

One to the centre of your chest,

And one to your abdomen.

Holding yourself.

This beautiful honouring pose.

Being aware of the hands touching the body.

And feeling the ease flowing through you.

Just whispering to yourself,

I value all that I am today,

For all that I am is always enough.

I value all that I am today,

For all that I am is always enough.

I value all that I am today,

For all that I am is always enough.

I value all that I am today,

For all that I am is always enough.
