Welcome to this instant reset.

My name is Tondre Olle.

If you have clicked on this track,

Chances are you are feeling the pressure rise.

Maybe it's a flat tire,

A tough email,

Or just the weight of the day crashing down on you.

This is your emergency break.

This is where we stop the spiral.

In the next few minutes,

We aren't going to meditate for hours.

We are going to shift your state immediately.

We are going to move you from a state of frantic reaction back to your natural state of power and clarity.

So,

Wherever you are,

Let's begin.

Stop.

Just stop.

Whatever you're doing right now.

If you are safe to do so,

Close your eyes.

If you are driving or in a public space,

Just soften your gaze and find one fixed point to focus on.

Do not look at your phone.

Do not look at the problem.

Look at the point.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold it at the top.

And exhale audibly.

Let it all out.

Tell your mind we are hitting the pause button.

Right now,

Do the body check.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Are you okay right now?

Yes.

Feel the air in your lungs.

Are you breathing right now?

Yes.

Scan your body for tension.

Are your shoulders up to your ears?

If so,

Drop them.

Is your jaw clenched?

Relax it.

Unclench your hands.

In this exact second,

There is no flat tire.

There are no bills due.

And if there are,

What is outside of your control is outside of your control.

There is only you and source energy flowing through you.

You are physically safe.

Notice the thought that was stressing you out.

Just look at it.

Remind yourself,

I am not my thoughts.

I am the observer of the thoughts.

You have a choice right now.

You can unconsciously react,

Freak out,

Worry,

Spiral.

Or you can consciously respond.

Choose to respond.

Say to yourself,

I control what I can.

I release what I can't.

Say it again.

I control what I can.

One more time.

I control what I can.

Now find one thing to be grateful for.

Just one.

The roof over your head.

The fact that your eyes work.

The fact that you woke up today.

Grab on to that gratitude.

Feel it anchor you.

You are supported.
