Good morning,
Everyone.
Go ahead and begin this meditation by finding a comfortable spot where your body feels safe and supported,
And allow your body to settle in and get all cozy.
My name is Trey Henderson,
And I'll be your guide through this meditation to help you ground yourself and bring positivity to your day.
Once you're comfortable,
Go ahead and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
And just let everything out through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
Inhale through the nose,
And exhale.
Feel your body relax as a breath flows through you.
Find the rhythm of breath that feels right for you today.
Breathing in and out through your nose.
Notice the edges of your eyes,
And let them soften.
Allow your jaw to release slightly,
And feel your shoulders drop and melt.
Your thoughts may come and go,
And if you start thinking about this or that,
Come back to your breath,
Silently repeating right on the in-breath,
And here on the out-breath,
Letting thoughts pass by like clouds drifting away in the sky,
Slowing the breath down.
Edges of your eyes melt,
Jaw slightly open,
Shoulders drop,
Or even roll them back.
The rhythm of your breath helps you to release and let go of any tension.
Bring your awareness to your bottom ribs.
Feel them expand on the in-breath,
And contract on the out-breath,
Staying with the sensation of the ribs for a few more breaths.
Bring your attention back to repeating right on the in-breath,
And here on the out-breath.
Thoughts may come and go,
And that's okay.
Now,
Bringing your attention to your heart,
Slowing the breath down,
Feeling at ease,
And notice if you need to shift or move,
Getting more comfortable,
Softly focusing on the area of your heart.
Breath is slow and steady.
Now,
Placing your hands over your heart,
Feel the warmth of your palms radiating into your chest.
Feel your heartbeat beneath your hands,
Steady and strong.
Feel the connection between your hands and your heart.
Feel the sensation,
The warmth.
Feel free to place your hands where they're most comfortable.
Imagine a golden light expanding from your heart,
Radiating outward.
It forms a protective bubble around you,
A space where only love and positivity can enter.
Feel your body relax into this sacred space.
In here,
I will repeat a few words for you to reflect on.
You will hear me say these words a few times.
With each repetition,
You will become more open and available to connect with their meaning,
Strength,
Potential.
As you hear these words,
Repeat them silently to yourself.
I am fully present.
I am open to all opportunities today.
I will say them again as you say them silently.
I am grounded.
I am fully present.

Slow your breath down a bit.
Softly focus on your heart.
You may notice a calmness between the words.
This can be a place to breathe more slowly.
I will repeat these words one last time for you to hear and then my voice will be quiet as you reflect.

Connecting with your inner wisdom.
Gently focus on your heart.
Be neutral,
Interested,
And willing to know more.
Now listen from within until my voice returns.
As you slowly bring your attention back to the sound of my voice,
Begin focusing a bit more on your inhalations,
Helping you become more alert and awake.
Give yourself three longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths,
Remembering what you want to take with you,
Coming up through your legs and into your hips,
Up and into your chest,
Across your shoulders and down your arms,
Opening and closing your hands,
And maybe even give yourself a giant stretch.
With the next breath,
You're slowly going to open your eyes,
Feeling alert and refreshed and ready to start your day.
