This 13-minute track helps you access the part of you who feels powerful, steady, and clear. The version of yourself who knows what to do and trusts their own wisdom. Through grounding breath, somatic cues, and inner resourcing, you’ll connect with the inner presence that has already figured it out. A supportive reset for when you feel scattered, uncertain, or disconnected from your own strength. Photo by Toby Hall on Unsplash

Transcript

Take a deep breath in through your nose and twice as long out through your mouth and repeat this a few times at your own pace.

Allow yourself to linger at the very end of that out breath right before you inhale again at that still point and then breathe in that stillness and let it circulate through your body.

Now gently return to your natural breathing and bring your attention down from your mind into your body just floating naturally down like when a leaf drops off a branch just gently floats down to the ground and allow your awareness to do that floating from the top of your mind down gently into your body bringing your attention down to the lower half of your body and your feet maybe even wiggling your toes.

And in this place bring to mind a moment in your life where you just felt fully in flow.

Maybe it's having just come through a challenging time and you figured out how to do hard things and you're looking back now at how far you've come.

Allow yourself to just feel that gratitude for your previous self who walked the hard path and figured it out.

Where are you feeling this in your body?

What is the shape of your body as you feel into just feeling fully in flow and aligned that all your values are stacked up and guiding you like a beacon and you're clear and you feel that internal strength within you.

Even though maybe on the outside it doesn't look so neat and tidy but within you there's that knowing.

And just allow yourself to bring your attention to that knowing to that part within you that is in truth always there just sometimes a little clouded by the things that you're navigating in your life.

Allow yourself to feel that full strength,

Momentum,

That ease and that flow.

Allow your body to shift and move so you can fully feel it without any kind of constraint.

Allow it to fully resource you now as a part of you.

Allow yourself to drop into that moment maybe where you really felt proud of going through and sort of making it to the end or at least to a point where you could see what's possible now.

What are you hearing in that moment?

Is it the voice of people you love?

Is it simply the rustling of the wind?

Or the sound of water lapping against the shore?

Is the sun shining down and warming your skin?

Or are you inside enjoying a cup of tea and relaxing for the first time in a while?

Allow yourself to fully step into that moment as if it's here right now.

Allow it to be vivid and alive.

And float yourself into that image or that sense of what felt good in that moment.

What are you smelling or tasting during that time?

Allow all of your senses to take part in this experience,

Living it fully once again.

Imagine all the pixels of that image,

Super saturating every cell in your body so that recalling it is super easy again.

You can access it anytime.

Take a moment to think of an anchor of some sort.

Maybe an image.

Maybe a song.

Maybe a position in your body,

Like having your shoulders back or your arms up in a victory pose.

What would make it really easy to come right back to this experience?

To this knowing?

Allow yourself to drop into the wisdom of this moment.

What does it have to share with you right now?

For what's relevant in your life right now?

And if nothing comes to you right now,

That's okay too.

Maybe you'll discover it in a dream or at some part of the day.

It'll become clear.

It'll find you.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And twice as long,

Exhale out.

Another couple deep breaths in and out through your mouth at your own pace.

Allow this felt sense to stay with you and replenish you and resource you with whatever it is that you're moving through right now.

Know that it's always there.

It's always there to guide you and remind you of what you already have within you,

With a capacity that's already within you.
