Welcome to day 7 of your 7 day challenge to reclaim your balance.

Well done for getting to day 7 and today we're going to be focusing on celebrating yourself.

So let's begin by sitting comfortably or lying down gently closing your eyes and taking a nice deep breath in.

Just hold that breath for a moment and then when you exhale maybe you could exhale slowly with a really nice sigh.

And then just gently get into that lovely rhythm with your breath.

No judgment just do what feels right for you at this very moment.

You've come to the end of your 7 day reset challenge and this moment is all about celebration.

It is a time to honor the commitment you've made to yourself.

To feel proud of yourself that over the last week you've taken steps towards nurturing your inner strength towards finding balance and peace within.

And today we're going to reflect on that journey celebrating every step along the way.

So I wonder if you could just take a few moments now to feel proud of yourself for showing up for each breath that you've taken for each moment of mindfulness for each visualization you've done for each pause to reflect.

Let your breath deepen now as you connect with the sense of accomplishment.

And now I'd like you to think back on the past 7 days each day you've taken time out to reset to recalibrate to recalibrate your mind your body.

And during this time you may have found moments that were easy to relax to rest to concentrate and maybe other times you found it challenging but no matter what you've still shown up again and again for 7 days you've shown up.

As you breathe now just nice and slow nice and deep reflect on the process and reflect on the progress you've made.

Maybe you've had a shift in your thoughts sometimes these can be small shifts small changes maybe in your routine or in the way you think or the way you feel.

The fact of the matter is you've given yourself this space for self-care and every step forward no matter how small is actually really worth celebrating.

Feel a warm sense of pride now spreading through your whole body.

Allow this feeling to really expand that sense of joy and gratitude for what you've done.

For you've done this for yourself and that is something truly worthy of celebration.

As you've come to the end of this week I want to remind you that this is actually only the beginning that you can come back to this challenge again and again repeating it weekly for a month or as long as you find it useful.

This power of repetition is key to retraining your mind.

With the mind it's all repetition repetition repetition when you strengthen your foundations and you can go forth building a strong structure on top.

Each time you come back you reinforce those habits thoughts the beliefs that support you and your inner strength.

I wonder where this journey will end up taking you because you'll constantly be building upon your own foundations creating that balance that will carry you well through any life's changes any ups or downs.

With each repetition you go stronger more grounded more in tune with yourself and that's something worth committing to.

And so now take a few moments just to bring your awareness inward.

Tune into yourself that quiet place within your inner strength is like a cheerleader within you and that inner strength doesn't have to be loud or forceful it can be gentle and steady but you know what it's always present and so feel that now that inner cheerleader within you like a light growing within you.

It may start small but with each breath it gets bigger and bigger stronger and stronger brighter and brighter.

It's your inner guide your source of confidence resilience and balance and take a deep breath in and as you exhale now just allow yourself to feel connected to your inner cheerleader that inner strength and know that it is always there for you no matter what no matter what challenges arise in your life.

You've got this inner cheerleader within you now and you've cultivated that over this week of practice feel proud of your achievements feel really proud of yourself and as you reflect on your journey that you've taken over the past seven days you can recognize that this is just the start.

You have so much potential within you so much strength so much balance and there's so many things to discover about yourself and with each breath now with every moment that you spend with yourself you can come closer and closer to getting to know even more about yourself to uncovering more skills more understanding about you.

So look ahead now and can you see yourself now moving forward with confidence knowing that you have all the tools to reset to realign and to balance yourself whenever you need to and in doing so you can continue to celebrate yourself just today but now every day for the rest of your life be proud of yourself and for all the work you have done so remember to keep refilling your cup when you need to regain that all-important balance reconnect with yourself be mindful be kind and look after yourself.
