This short morning breath activation is designed to gently wake the body, clear the mind, and support a steady, grounded start to your day. Through simple rhythmic breathing, this practice helps energise the system without overstimulation, bringing you into presence and focus while maintaining nervous system regulation. It’s ideal if you want to feel more awake, centred, and connected before moving into your day. You can return to this practice whenever you feel low in energy, unfocused, or in need of a gentle reset.

Welcome beautiful soul.

Find a comfortable place lying down or seated.

Whatever feels most supportive for your body this morning.

Allow your body to really arrive in the space now.

Let yourself melt into the surface beneath you and feel the earth holding you,

Knowing you are always safe,

Protected,

Guided and supported.

Close your eyes gently and let your breath settle.

Consciously just release any tension from your jaw,

Soften your shoulders,

Let your belly loosen and allow any part of your body holding tightness to soften now.

Set a simple intention for your morning,

Perhaps clarity,

Energy or a calm grounded focus for the day ahead.

Trust whatever rises.

We begin with a gentle energizing breath to awaken your system and to bring your whole body back online.

Let's start with an inhale for a count of four,

Hold for four and exhale for eight.

Again inhale for a count of four,

Hold for four and exhale for eight.

Feel your belly rise and your ribs expand,

Your chest open.

Hold softly,

Letting the breath settle and then exhale slowly and completely,

Feeling your body release and soften.

Stay with this breath technique,

Inhaling for four,

Holding for four,

Exhaling for eight.

Each long exhale clears space,

Softens the mind and dissolves the heaviness of sleep.

Each inhale brings fresh energy,

Awakening the cells,

Lifting your inner light and clearing the fog of the morning.

Hold gently,

Allowing the breath to settle within you and exhale fully,

Letting the breath leave the body with ease,

As if you are creating more space,

More clarity,

More presence.

Stay with this rhythm,

Inhale for four,

Hold for four,

Exhale for eight.

Inhale for four,

Hold for four,

Exhale for eight,

Letting each cycle ground you more deeply into your body,

Into your morning,

Into yourself.

Feel your energy beginning to rise,

Not as a rush but as a warm steady activation,

Moving through your chest,

Your spine,

Your belly,

Your whole being.

One more breath rhythm,

Inhale for four,

Hold for four,

Exhale for eight.

Long,

Steady,

Soft.

Every cell activated.

Release the breath pattern and just return to your normal natural breathing.

Feel the energy in your body now,

Your mind clearer,

Your chest more open,

Your whole system awake,

Present and ready for the day.

Take a deep breath into your belly and a soft gentle exhale.

Bring some small movement into your fingers and toes,

Roll your shoulders,

Take a stretch if you need to.

Take one final deep inhale,

Hold it softly,

Exhale with ease.

Carry this clarity into your morning.

Remember you are loved unconditionally,

You are worthy,

You are beautiful and you are never alone.

Thank you for going on this journey with me today.

I see you,

I feel you,

I hear you and I honor you.

It's a blessing to share the space with you.
