Hi love,

Welcome to your one minute morning anchor,

A tiny ritual you can return to every single day.

Before we begin,

Take a slow breath in and let your exhale fall out naturally.

This practice is simple,

It's small and it's meant to hold you gently,

No matter what kind of morning you're having.

If it feels good,

Place a hand anywhere on your body,

Your heart,

Your belly,

Your collarbone,

Somewhere that feels supportive.

Let your breath move under your hand,

No pressure,

Just noticing.

Now inhale softly through your nose,

And exhale just a little longer.

Feel your shoulders soften,

Feel your face relax,

Feel your body arrive.

This is your anchor,

A tiny moment where you pause before the world begins pulling on you.

A moment that says,

I'm here with myself,

Before I'm anywhere else.

Let's add one more layer.

On your next inhale,

Quietly notice the words,

I'm arriving.

And on your exhale,

I'm allowed to start gently.

Let those words settle into your system,

Let them become familiar.

This is how mornings shift,

Not through perfection,

But through repetition.

One more soft inhale,

One more slow exhale.

Whenever you need grounding today,

Come back to this one minute anchor,

It's always here for you.

If this felt soothing,

You may enjoy my full course,

Where we build these tiny supportive morning habits together.
