On the final day, we return to the calm center within. Even when the world feels chaotic, there is a place of peace inside you — always accessible. In this practice, you’ll visualize a safe inner sanctuary and reconnect with the steady rhythm of your breath. This is your anchor. You are not the noise around you — you are the one who observes with calm presence. Let yourself rest in stillness. Inhale peace. Exhale tension. This calm is yours to keep, and to return to — anytime you need it. This course is designed for complete beginners as well as anyone seeking a gentle and supportive way to ease anxiety. Welcome to the final day of this gentle journey.

I'm Ulysses F and I'm honored to guide you through today's practice.

Today we don't try to escape the noise,

We remember the quiet place within it,

A place that is always with you,

Always available,

Always enough.

Let's begin.

If it feels right,

Gently close your eyes,

Take a deep,

Unhurried breath in,

And slowly release it.

Feel the contact between your body and the ground,

The steady rhythm of your breath,

The subtle stillness that begins to open as you turn in that.

Now imagine a space within you,

A quiet refuge that no one can touch.

Perhaps it's a clearing in the woods,

A room filled with golden light,

A sense of weightlessness,

Or just pure silence.

It may have no form at all,

Only a feeling of being completely safe.

Let yourself arrive there now,

No need to force or shape it,

Just be with it,

Let it hold you.

With every inhale,

Feel yourself softening.

With every exhale,

Release what is heavy,

Let the nervous system unwind gently,

Naturally.

Here you don't need to fix or do anything,

Just breathe,

Just be.

The world outside may be loud,

Unpredictable,

Chaotic,

But within you there is a still point,

Unshaken by any storm.

You can return here anytime,

Even in the middle of noise,

You can be the calm.

Now,

As you breathe,

Repeat silently.

Inhale,

I return to my center.

Exhale,

I carry calm with me.

Inhale,

I return to my center.

Exhale,

I carry calm with me.

Now,

As you breathe,

Repeat silently.

Inhale,

I return to my center.

Exhale,

I carry calm with me.

Again,

With feeling,

Inhale,

I return to my center.

Exhale,

I carry calm with me.

Let this become a rhythm.

You are not your fears,

You are not your racing thoughts,

You are the witness,

The awareness that holds it all with quiet strength.

Take one last deep breath now,

Inhale peace,

Exhale tension,

And gently thank yourself for being here.

You've planted something precious,

A living sense of inner safety.

The more you return to it,

The more it will carry you,

Even when life doesn't slow down.

So,

If this journey nourished you,

Consider saving this series to your bookmarks.

Let it be a touchstone,

A gentle reminder to return again and again whenever you need to reconnect.

Because your calm is never gone,

It only waits to be remembered.

Be gentle with yourself,

Stay connected,

And come back to your practice often until next time.

Take care of yourself.
