Welcome.

As we begin,

I invite you to find a position in your body that is comfortable.

That might be sitting,

It might be laying down,

Or it might be standing.

Whatever feels right for you,

I invite you to just get into that position and adjust your body and make yourself as comfortable as you can in this moment.

And if it feels right for you,

I invite you to gently allow your eyes to close.

Or if it doesn't feel right for you to close your eyes,

You can simply lower your gaze so that you're not distracted.

And we're just going to take a moment to fully arrive in this time and this space here.

So I invite you to just take a nice breath in and exhale.

Taking a nice breath in again and releasing even further.

Now I invite you to just shift your focus and notice how your body feels in this moment.

What does it feel like to be supported by whatever it is that is holding you in this moment?

Whether it's the ground,

A bed,

Or a chair.

Just really letting the weight of your body to sink further into that surface that is holding you.

And just noticing what it feels like to be held.

Just letting go in this moment,

Allowing the weight of your body to sink even further and trusting that you are being supported.

Now I invite you to just take a moment to tune in to the present.

No need to force anything.

Simply noticing what's here without judgment.

Noticing any thoughts,

Any emotions,

Or any physical sensations that might be present.

Whatever is here,

Just allow it to be.

We're not trying to change or push it away.

We're simply making space for it all.

Now we're just going to shift focus onto the natural rhythm of your breath,

If that feels right for you.

So as your body is naturally breathing in and out,

You're just going to notice.

And as you inhale,

You're going to imagine breathing in calm and light.

And as you exhale,

Gently releasing any tension or worry you might be holding.

So inhaling calm,

And exhaling any tension.

Inhaling calm,

And exhaling any worry.

Now again,

We're going to shift our focus into a bit of a visualization.

I invite you to visualize a soft light surrounding you.

This light can be any color that you choose.

The light is warm and comforting,

Holding you in a grounding space.

It's a reminder that no matter what emotions or challenges you carry,

No matter the darkness that surrounds you,

There is always light,

And you are supported.

Feel the warmth of this light spread from your heart,

Through your body,

And out into the space around you.

As you're breathing naturally,

Just allow yourself to soften even more into this moment of stillness,

Surrounded by warmth and comfort.

And if thoughts are coming up or distracting you,

Gently acknowledge them,

And then return your focus to this light.

Let it surround you,

Let it ground you,

Let it hold you.

For in this moment,

You are supported.

We're just going to take a couple of breaths here together if it feels right for you.

So again,

Just inhaling calm,

And exhaling any tension.

And one more time,

Nice breath in,

And just releasing even further.

As we near the end of our time together,

I would like for you to offer yourself gratitude for taking this time for yourself.

And know that you can return to the sense of calm,

And to the sense of warmth and comfort whenever you need it.

And whenever you're ready,

You can gently begin to bring your awareness back to the room that you're in.

Wiggling your toes and your fingers.

And when it feels right for you,

You can gently allow your eyes to open or release your gaze.

And you can continue on with the rest of your day.

Thank you for taking this time to care for yourself.

Let the light always be with you.
