This session guides you into a simple recognition of what you truly are. You are not your thoughts. You are the awareness in which all thoughts come and go. There is no philosophy here. No imagination. No complex techniques. You sit quietly, breathe slowly, and shift attention from the noise of the mind to the space that notices the noise. As you follow the guidance, you experience a calm, steady presence behind every thought and emotion. This presence is untouched, silent, and always here. When you rest in it, the mind becomes lighter. The body relaxes. A deep sense of being at home rises on its own. This meditation is for you if you want: • clarity • inner stillness • distance from overthinking • a direct taste of your true nature No effort is needed. You simply notice what is already here. Suitable for both beginners and experienced seekers.

Please sit comfortably.

Close your eyes.

Take three slow breaths.

And exhale extremely softly through your mouth.

Let the breath move naturally.

Shift attention from thoughts to the awareness that notices the thoughts.

You don't need to describe it.

Just rest as the one who is aware.

You are aware of this moment.

Even when there will be gaps between the thoughts,

And in those gaps there will be no thought to witness,

No content,

No commentary.

Just silent observation of this moment without the thinking involved.

As you are now,

Thoughts will appear.

Let them appear naturally.

And this awareness remains untouched.

This awareness gives the space for these thoughts to appear and disappear.

All experiences appear and disappear.

This empty space.

Notice that every thought arises in awareness and falls back into awareness.

You are not these thoughts which are appearing and disappearing.

Because every thought is different.

It's never the same.

But you remain the same here as awareness.

You are the space in which everything comes and goes.

Now repeat after me in your mind The mind in which everything appears.

In which everything appears.

Rest in this simple recognition.

This is just a reminder of what is already true.

Whether mind accepts it now or later,

That does not change the fact,

The truth.

You are the one who is aware right now.

And as awareness,

You are already free.

Only mind thinks otherwise.

But the good news is,

You are not the mind in the first place.

You are just dreaming as if you are this character which you are playing.

You can dream whatever you want,

But that would never change the fact,

The truth.

You are the awareness in which everything appears.

You are the awareness in which everything appears.
