Close your eyes and allow yourself to sink into this sacred journey, where each breath becomes a delicate bridge between your earthly presence and the infinite expanse of love. As we move through gentle waves of breath, feel the tender awakening of your heart space, where ancient wisdom whispers that you are inseparably woven into the tapestry of all life. With each inhale, welcome the boundless freedom that is your birthright; with each exhale, release the veils that separate you from your deepest truth. Here, in this intimate dance with your breath, discover that love, life, and freedom are not distant horizons to chase, but the very essence of who you already are.

The thing I love about Fridays is it's the end of a pulse and there's something sweet about endings.

So just feeling the presence of the end of this week,

There's a sense of freedom to me So just feeling back over these last days of this week and just cultivating a sense of gratitude for the experiences,

The moments,

And as you review your week,

Just notice how it feels in the body,

Scanning back over the highs and the lows and everything in between with a sense of gratitude.

And as you do that,

Let your breath be your guide into deeper and deeper presence.

Let your body relax with each pulse of the breath,

In and out.

Feel the rolling waves of the ocean and the waters in your body be stimulated by this pulse of breath,

In and out,

Giving thanks for the gift of being breathed by life.

And then just feel into what it is that your body needs today.

What does your soul need,

What does your heart need,

What does your mind need,

What do your organs and your tissues need?

And if you're not sure,

You can just relax into a place of receptivity and open yourself up to guidance for what it is that you might need,

Letting your ears soften and open,

Becoming receptive and attuned.

I invite you to take a nice deep breath in,

Just let your voice sigh out.

Relax your jaw,

Relax the muscles behind your eyes and feel the presence of your spine like a tuning fork,

Listening to the universe,

Noticing when thoughts arrive and just using the breath and the awareness of your body to surrender back into the flow of receiving life energy through your body.

Now with this breath practice,

It's always important to do what you need to do for yourself.

If any guidance I offer is not what you need,

Just take care of you.

We're going to start with some nice slow breaths.

Here we go.

And just pause.

Here,

Just pause.

Inhale.

You can extend the exhale a little bit more if you like.

Let your body pulse and move if it wants to.

Lift your pelvic floor up,

Let the energy rise all the way up your spine.

Relax your upper chest,

Relax your face.

When you're ready,

Exhale with a sigh and pause before inhaling.

Just let your body relax in this empty state.

Playing with that edge of when your body wants to inhale,

Just relaxing a little bit.

One,

And then we speed it up.

So in,

Out,

In,

Out.

And slow it back down.

Softening the body on the exhale.

You feel the power from your roots.

Four more,

And then we speed it up again.

And then we slow it back down.

And then we're going to hold.

Take a breath.

And raise that energy up from your roots.

Stay with the inhale as long as feels good for you.

Let your awareness expand.

And when you're ready,

Sigh it out and stay with the out breath.

And if you need one more retention,

Take this last breath all the way in.

And just be with the softness.

So just taking some time to come back to your heart.

And feel the goodness that resides there.

The willingness to be of service to others.

And just sitting with this deep question of how do we,

Our capacity for good,

To help this world.

Help the humans,

Help the people in this world.

Help to ease their suffering.

Help them to evolve and grow.

How can we remain open to guidance?

Remain open to being of service.

Serving the capacity for goodness in all life.

So just imagining a successful outcome to the journey that we're on.

And allowing yourself to really feel grateful.

For the strength of your roots and the power of your heart.

And the clarity of your mind.

Give you that feeling.

Of something worth giving to the world.

Something that serves a divine purpose.

And feel grateful for all of the shadows along the way.

All the places where life conspires to help us love ourselves more deeply than ever.

Feel grateful for the hard work of being human.

And learning from our shadows so that they become part of our gold.

Part of our gifts.

And again as we started just finding gratitude for the power of endings.

That whenever this journey and this life comes to an end.

That we get to meet it with gratitude.

Whether it's a vision fully expressed or a life well lived.

We come to our endings with gratitude.

And so taking a final moment to close your practice.

However feels good for you.

Starting to feel back into the body.

Orienting yourself back in the space.

Calling your spirit back home.

Thank you for watching.
