Hey there,

Hope you had a great day.

If it's not the end of your day yet,

Then you can come back to this meditation because this is an end of day meditation.

Very simple,

It is very encouraging and it is a great opportunity for you to reflect.

So we're not going to overthink it,

We're not going to do too much,

But we're going to begin with you sitting upright,

Your shoulders relaxed and close your eyes and gently take a deep breath in.

Slowly breathe out and relax.

You've had a long day,

You've had a day and now you can reflect and grow from today because ultimately if we don't learn from our day,

We're not growing,

We are not accruing the wisdom that we need to become better people.

Let's take one more deep breath in and slowly breathe out.

Calming yourself down a little further,

Find your center,

Notice how your body feels.

Relax your muscles,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your belly,

Your legs.

Let's begin with this first question.

I'm going to give you about a minute to reflect on this.

Ask yourself,

What filled me with enthusiasm today?

So what filled you with enthusiasm today?

Go ahead and reflect on that.

What gave you enthusiasm,

Energy,

Zest?

Could be something small or something profound.

I'll give you a minute.

And now ask yourself the following question.

What drained me of energy today?

What about today drained you?

Was it a person,

Was it an event?

Our energy is very sacred and it's important for us to understand what compromises our energy flow.

So go ahead and ask yourself this question.

What drained me of energy today?

And reflect on that.

I'll give you a minute.

And next question,

What did I learn about myself today?

What did you learn about yourself today?

I'll give you a minute to reflect on this question as you answer it.

Let's take a deep breath in through the nose.

And breathe out a lot of that heaviness,

Let it out.

Notice your breath,

Notice how the air feels when you breathe in and out.

Each inhale and each exhale.

Let those thoughts now float away like clouds in the sky.

And if you do have time,

Either tonight or in the following days,

You can actually use these as journaling prompts.

So you can write a more elaborate response in your own time.

And you can alternate between the two.

You can journal about these three questions and on other days you can come back and meditate with me and reflect.

But the more you understand each day and what has brought to your life,

The wiser you become.

I wanna thank you for being here,

For sharing your time,

Your energy.

And I wanna wish you a successful few days from my heart to yours.

Thank you.
