There are seasons of life when we live with armor on, not allowing the good or bad to reach us. This is an offering to help us remember our worthiness and to drop the cage around our hearts. My hope is that you sit in more confidence as you open up to receive all that you have been asking for.

I'm so glad we found each other today.

Thank you for tuning in.

I have a heart check for you and I today.

So find yourself in just a landing place,

A place that allows you to breathe deeply,

A place that feels safe,

If available,

Maybe closing your eyes.

Maybe it's supportive to place your hands somewhere on your body or just open your palms and breathe with me in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Maybe shake out any wiggles.

Let your body melt for a few moments.

In my awareness today is this idea that we sometimes ask God,

Source,

Universe for things with an outstretched arm as a shield.

Our words say now please,

But our actions say not yet.

Like the hug we sometimes pull away from even though connection is what we deeply desire or the opportunity we turned down because somewhere within us we have buried our worthiness under layers of unworthiness.

What would it take to open the cage around our hearts to let good things find us?

What would it take to be open to receiving?

What if we lived life from this posture of soft front,

Strong back?

When faced with these questions,

Notice what is coming up.

What is real and relevant for you?

Do you see this in yourself?

Can you imagine what it would be like to soften,

To do less guarding and protecting,

To find strength in the foundation of you all while living just a little bit more vulnerably?

In this moment,

Can you tap into the child in you who I sense came into the world wide-eyed,

Hopeful,

Joyful,

Honest,

Willing to receive?

Can you remember what that felt like?

Use your breath to support you as you remember or imagine.

Use your breath to support you as you consider putting your arm down to receive,

Uncaging your heart,

Finding strength in the foundation of you.

In this moment,

What would it take you?

You came in worthy.

Today,

As I was preparing to come to you,

I was gifted with a quote I'd love to share from Alexis Bordeaux.

She says,

It is safe for me to receive all that I ask for.

Will you allow yourself to consider that?

Take another supportive breath.

If you are in a seated space,

Maybe allow your spine to elongate.

Sit taller.

It's okay to desire beautiful things and it's okay to receive them.

Sit with this for a moment.

Come back to the breath and when it feels like just the right time,

Take your head gently from shoulder to shoulder.

Bring micro movements to the fingertips.

Keep sitting up tall as you roll your shoulders back.

One more purifying breath before you blink the eyes open and when you do,

Just observe the room around you.

Observe if anything has shifted for you.

Maybe you carry this idea through your day in a small mantra.

It is safe for me to receive all that I ask for.

Thank you for tending to yourself today.

Much love.

Beautiful, thank you. And how often do we receive far more than what we ask for, and in ways that are perfect for us 🙏💛
