Join me in this transformative practice, where you’ll receive the power of compassion and the reassurance that it’s okay to feel deeply. In only three minutes, you can allow your feelings to experience deep connection and self-compassion. As you respond to those tender feelings with nurturing, warmth and love, you are embracing vulnerability as a source of wisdom and guidance, rather than a difficulty. This is a practice that you can do daily, to cultivate emotional security and grow your self compassion to greater and greater levels.

As you settle into this moment gently place your hand over your heart.

Feel the contact there and the reassuring rise and fall of your breath as your heart meets your hand.

And as you do this invite any tender feelings or emotions to surface.

Now feel how your gentle breath can land in these soft places feeling it landing there and filling them.

Your steady breath is reassuring these feelings that they're safe to be here and they are.

Recognize these soft places are not problems.

They're guidance for you to offer compassion and love inwards which is a wonderful thing to do.

Keeping your hand on your heart apply some gentle pressure now and imagine this touch is infused with your warmth,

Your compassion and your love.

And now sense and feel these words flowing directly toward your feelings and that your feelings are listening and receiving them.

I am here for you.

It's okay to feel this way.

I honor your sensitivity.

Is there anything you need from me?

Recognizing that this vulnerability is in fact a source of wisdom and guidance.

Have a sense that this peace and security and reassurance,

Caring is landing directly into your body where these feelings are and they are receiving it gladly.

And then slowly remove your hand from your heart but maintain the sense of warmth and compassion you've cultivated as you open your eyes knowing your feelings are held and safe and cared for as you continue with your day.

And you can revisit them this way often.

Alison that was beautiful. I really felt a lovely shift from how I was feeling after a very intense day, with lots of crying. Thank you so much. Perfect timing 💖 Your soothing voice is always so appreciated too🦋
