Good morning.
A new day.
So let's start inhaling this new day.
With closing your eyes and getting comfortable.
And take your first deep breath.
A little wiggle to get extra comfortable.
And another inhale in.
And on your exhale lift up your hands into a prayer above your head.
Greeting the sun,
The air,
The universe.
And into prayer in front of your heart.
And stay there for a moment.
And breathe again.
A new day.
Inhale this new day.
Breathe in and breathe out.
A fresh start.
Inhale this fresh start.
The fresh air of the morning,
Of the start of the day.
The air that come into your lungs to let you breathe.
You are alive.
Your heart pumping,
Your lungs working,
Your belly,
Your organs.
They're all doing their work.
So let's start with a little prayer today.
I am grateful.
Inhale and exhale deep and again.
I'm thankful.
Dear universe,
Thank you.
Thanks for being here with me today.
Thanks for taking me here in the surroundings of beautiful and gorgeous souls of Mother Earth.
The ground under me and the people around me.
Thank you.
Thank you for letting me breathe for the oxygen you and Mother Nature are providing.
For the air in the trees and for the beauty that you show me every day.
This world is good.
My world is good.
And I am thankful.
For showing me kindness every day.
For showing me the gifts of my sight that I can see.
With that the beauty of all the creatures and the beautiful animals around me.
For them I want to do better.
With making better choices.
For them.
For kindness and soul.
For kindness and love.
And I will promise I will do better and be better for their health,
Their lives and again their souls.
So thank you universe for my heart and feeding it with love that I can get from all the beautiful people and creatures in my life.
How they care for me,
Love me and also for giving me the gift of love that I can then give to others.
I will do my best to do that every day.
With this I know dear universe that I have two great big gifts in me.
That don't cost a thing.
That don't hurt anybody.
You.
You always have you.
That's the title of this meditation.
You.
You always have you.
And as we are beginning this meditation I want you to let your attention go into yourself.
To your inner self,
Your spirit,
Your soul,
Your mind and also your body.
Letting go,
Breathing in and breathing out.
On your own pace.
Whatever works for you.
As you have been choosing this meditation for a reason.
You want to probably manifest growth and a good outcome right?
Or you are just here to start the day calm.
Or you want to get energy and guidance out of this.
But whatever you seek here today.
There's only one that can give that to you.
And that is you.
As you choose how you want the outcome to be.
I'm only here to give you some guidance.
Some tools or inspiration.
And you can take as much out of this or as little.
Again,
You have that choice.
But don't waste that choice.
Because you are free.
You have freedom.
A free ticket to do whatever you like.
You are the owner.
You are the freedom giver to yourself.
The freedom to change your life and your habits everyday.
To grow and learn and to evolve over time.
By doing the daily work.
So again,
Don't waste your choice or your freedom.
So,
You are here now and that means something.
And I think you did make a choice.
Maybe a long time ago.
Or just yesterday to choose you.
To give the you in you some attention.
So let's start with that.
And let's start with the one thing that we can't go without.
And that is our breath.
Oxygen.
Let's start breathing.
And just for now.
Try to only focus on that breath of yours.
How it is.
Is it calm?
Is it high?
Or is it low in your belly?
Long or short?
Just for now,
Acknowledge it.
As for now,
We are going to chase things up a bit.
I want you to sit in the most comfortable way possible.
You can sit,
You can lay down,
Whatever you like.
You have some time to wiggle now.
As after this,
I want you to go as still as you can.
So wiggle when needed.
And go as still as you can.
Your body you will forget.
It will be just you,
Your breath and your spirit.
So whenever you're ready,
Let's take three deep breaths in.
Slowly inhale.
And even slower exhaling.
Try to lift up your belly and then on the exhale let it all go.
As much as you can let go.
Inhale and exhale.
And now I want you to stop focusing on your ends breath.
That little gap in between your breaths.
The gap between the exhale and the new inhale.
Take a deep inhale and a really slow,
Slow exhale.
Let it all go.
Your whole breath through your mouth.
And then before you inhale,
Start counting.
And try to count maybe even to ten.
And then you inhale.
Again,
Inhale slowly fill up the belly and through the nose you exhale and you wait.
Until all the oxygen is out.
Count to ten.
And then you inhale.
So make it into a practice.
And while you are doing this,
I want you to let go.
Letting go of your body.
And start to slowly moving your focus from the breath to your spirit.
Where do you feel your spirit?
Is that in your heart?
Or maybe in the middle of your chest or your belly?
Where do you feel your spirit?
Where do you feel it?
And lay your hand on it.
Give it some attention.
Give it some love.
Keep on going with the breath.
And while you exhale in that last ten seconds,
Putting some love into your spirit and when you're ready you inhale.
Give some love wherever that is for you.
Where is your spirit?
You are here for a reason.
And your spirit is part of that decision.
What did your spirit needed from you?
And what are you giving it today?
It is a choice.
And do you want to make the best decision for it?
So what is it then that it needs?
And will you give you some time to be just here with your spirit?
You can put one hand on the spot where you feel the best or two hands,
Whatever comfortable,
Whatever feels good.
Give it love.
Give it love.
Be with it.
Be with you,
Your spirit.
Now,
Your spirit should be lighted up a bit.
Let's use your breath to fill up your spirit with light.
Okay guys,
Are you ready?
With a beautiful golden light that is streaming into your body with every inhale.
Fill up your spirit with that light.
And while it is going into your spirit,
Let it flow into other places as well,
Wherever it is needed.
Do it with me guys.
Come on,
Let that breath go into your body.
Fill your spirit up with light.
Wherever that light is needed.
Maybe your heart or your mind or maybe somewhere where you are hurting or where you need some more happiness.
It is your light so guided in the direction you want it to go.
And enjoy this light.
The light of happiness,
The light of calmness,
Of nurture.
This golden light can bring a smile on your face.
So smile.
It can make you happy and feeling beautiful at the same time.
Just as you are happy and beautiful.
Be in total awe of filling up your spirit with love,
With light,
With happiness.
Think about happy things,
Memories.
What makes you feel good and as we are going deeper into this meditation.
I am giving you some time to be alone with your spirit.
And I want you to give it only positive thoughts.
No worries,
No stress.
Or make you thoughts what you are doing next in your day.
No!
This is only you and your spirit.
That soul inside of you.
That perfect you.
What are you going to say to her or him?
To fill her up.
Maybe happy memories.
Things that you are grateful for.
Maybe you just want to manifest with her or him.
About your goals and dreams and maybe how your day is going to turn out.
Whatever,
Whatever.
It is your spirit.
Give it some love,
Some positive thoughts.
Whatever you want to give it.
So breathe and go deep.
And go and connect with your inner self.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Slowly inhale.
Slowly exhale.
How is that?
Tap into your breath again.
Take a deep breath of happiness.
How did that feel?
And think for a minute.
Was it still here with you when all the noise was gone?
Was it just you?
Your spirit?
Your mind?
Were you at home?
Really at home.
You were there.
You where you can always be,
Always feel safe.
Where you meet your thoughts and your higher self.
I know you are exactly where you need to be.
You are enough.
And you can start loving right now.
Loving the journey this life.
This day.
And whatever will bring you,
You can take it with love.
So be kind to yourself and to your spirit.
And be kind to the world.
