Welcome to this gratitude feel-good meditation.

Whenever we practice the art of being grateful,

Whenever we practice gratitude,

We flood our body with feel-good hormones.

And not only that,

We actually create new neural pathways in our brain that help us to find solutions more easily,

That help us to think positively more easily,

That help us to see the good in this world.

We are literally rewiring our brain every time we are being grateful.

So now,

I invite you to get yourself into a comfortable position,

Lying down or sitting up straight.

And whenever you have made yourself comfortable,

You can gently close your eyes and let's enter our inner world,

Away from the external world,

Back home to ourselves.

Bringing your awareness towards the rhythm of your breath and feeling a sense of appreciation bubble up simply from being able to breathe.

All the systems that make it possible for you to be breathing here now.

Every ancestor before you.

All the systems in this universe that make it possible for us to inhale oxygen and exhale what we no longer need.

Feel this gratitude spread out to your whole body,

Giving thanks to every organ,

Every system,

Every cell.

Giving thanks to your senses.

Giving thanks for being able to walk,

Talk,

Laugh.

Take a deep breath in to really inhale this gratitude and let it settle into every cell in your body.

And as you exhale,

Allow this gratitude to spread and form a cloud around you,

A beautiful soft bubble of gratitude that envelops you completely.

In this bubble you are safe.

You are held.

Bring your awareness to the place between your eyebrows,

Your third eye.

And begin to let your third eye play out in front of you all the blessings in your life.

Maybe you see pictures or even a movie of your loved ones,

Your friends and family,

Your pets or any animals in your life.

The things that fill you up with a deep sense of appreciation.

Keep breathing deeply,

Really inviting in all those feel-good hormones.

Feeling yourself up with gratitude and keep playing out your movie or your pictures in your mind's eye.

Bring a gentle smile to your face and enjoy one last breath here in this visualization.

Allow this visualization to gently fade away and bring your focus back to your body,

Resting on the support beneath you.

Feel the weight of your body being held.

Feel the temperature of the air around you.

Bring yourself fully back into this space.

You can keep that gentle smile on your face for as long as you'd like to.

Even that fills up our brain and our body with feel-good hormones.

Notice how you are feeling in this moment.

Carry this beautiful feeling with you during your day.
