Many of us think of caring for our bodies as an act of sacrifice and willpower and hold negative feelings about the way our bodies look.

The result of these beliefs is a resistant mindset which leads to neglecting giving our bodies the care it needs to thrive.

The truth is that when we understand and appreciate our bodies for what they are and all they do,

Taking good care of them comes naturally and creates an addictive state of inner harmony that we are inspired to maintain and continue to come back to.

Meditating on these words will soften any resistance to giving your body the attention it deserves.

It will remind you of what your soul already knows which is that your body is a precious gift and nothing that is destructive or neglectful feels better than showing it love.

Breathe yourself wide open and allow all of your cells to absorb these powerful affirmations.

My body is a divine vessel that allows me to experience the miracle of human life.

I can feel good about my body no matter how it looks.

Critical thoughts about my body's appearance depletes my mood and confidence and lowers my inner vibration.

I choose to accept the way my body looks right now as it is because the only other option is resistance and I care about how I feel too much to choose that.

The cells of my body can feel the love when I reject any self-critical thoughts.

I am literally one of a kind and look exactly how mother nature planned for me too.

When I take good care of myself,

I'm giving my brain evidence that I am loved and deserve the best and I get to live in mind-body harmony.

When my body is given what it needs to thrive,

My mental,

Emotional,

And spiritual health are automatically enhanced.

I feel blissfully inspired to take good care of myself because it feels amazing to do so.

I choose to give my body the water it needs.

I am made of water and drinking it refreshes and replenishes my body.

It feels so good to feel fresh water running through me.

I love my body and I will make sure to keep it hydrated.

I choose to give my body the movement it needs.

There is a direct physiological connection between movement and energy.

Movement creates the energy I want and I can access it anytime.

No amount of movement is too small to make a difference.

There is a direct physiological connection between movement and mood.

Movement enhances the quality of my emotional state.

I want to feel good and movement helps me get there,

Stay there,

Or vibe even higher.

I can identify movement practices that I genuinely enjoy and choose to integrate them into my routine because why would I not?

I choose to give my body the rest it needs.

I know that rest is an act of self-compassion.

When my body feels exhausted,

It is asking for a break and I choose to graciously honor that whenever possible.

I choose to give my body the nourishment it needs.

I intuitively know what foods work best for my body.

I strive to eat mostly foods that come right from the earth.

The more I choose those foods,

The more I will be naturally drawn to them.

I refuse to let my food choices cause an internal battle,

So when I do indulge,

I do so with intention and accept my choice.

I make sure I am eating enough and prioritize keeping myself fed.

As long as I feel good about myself and good about my food while I'm eating,

I won't feel the need to overeat.

When I befriend my body,

It always tells me what it needs and when it's had enough and trusts that I will listen.

I can let go of habits that are physically destructive or neglectful with ease when I am in sync with the mind-body harmony that comes from practicing loving thoughts and actions towards my body.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to embody this form that my all-knowing soul chose.

I am so grateful for the cells of my body as trillions of them devote their lives to keeping me alive and healthy without me having to think about it.

I am so grateful for the places my body takes me and the things it allows me to do.

I am so grateful for my five senses and the comfort and pleasure they bring me.

I love the elevated feeling I get when I choose to practice deep appreciation for my body.

Meditating on these words has inspired me to move towards a deeper,

Better feeling relationship with my body.

I am proud of myself for taking this time and I feel uplifted and spiritually energized.

Take a full deep breath,

Expanding your cherished body.

Exhale and feel the peace within every cell.

Your mind and body thank you for being here and taking this time.

Enjoy your thriving life and always allow your self-love to blossom.
