And with each breath,
Let your body sink further into relaxation.
Imagine every exhalation carrying away tension,
Stress,
And negativity.
You breathe in deeply,
You hold it for a moment,
And you exhale slowly.
Now I invite you to visualize yourself in a serene,
Safe place.
This could be a quiet forest,
A peaceful beach,
Or even a comforting room.
Allow the tranquility of this place to wash over you,
Creating a sense of calm and peace within.
