Let your eyes to close.
Begin letting go of your day and releasing anything unwanted through your feet.
Breathe in fully and exhale with a sigh.
Again,
Deep breath.
Let it go.
Let go even more.
Notice any sensations you're receiving from your baby.
Now tune into yourself sensing your whole body,
The baby,
But also beyond.
Allow the muscles of the face to relax completely.
Let your arms be heavy.
If you need to move or adjust to get 5 or 10% more comfortable,
Do that now.
And try your best not to fall asleep,
But know that even if you do,
Your subconscious mind will hear what I say and you'll benefit from this practice.
Remain relaxed and as still as you can.
If you need to move,
Do so mindfully,
Aware of any and all sensations as you move.
Try to stay in touch with my voice.
Notice any outside sounds,
Inside sounds.
Allow any sound to draw you deeper within.
Now shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being.
Do absolutely nothing.
Simply relax.
Drop into the deepest state of tranquility,
Stillness and peace in your eyebrow center.
Now bring your full attention to your breath.
Create no struggle around the breath.
Just use the breath to release any tension.
Slowly deepen your inhalations and exhalations.
Let your breath flow in a steady,
Uniform,
Unbroken stream.
Let your attention be totally connected to your breath as it flows in and out.
Bring all of your awareness on the expansion and contraction of your abdomen as you breathe deeply in and out.
With each exhalation,
Release all tension,
All holding.
Let go.
Use your breath to progressively enter a deeper level of stillness and silence.

Five,
I am breathing in.
Five,
I am breathing out.
Four,
I am breathing in.
Four,
I am breathing out.
Continue on your own.
As you breathe,
Be absorbed in the sound of your own breath.
Let your breath be more relaxed and peaceful with each breath.
Allow your breath to return to normal.
Feel the energetic impact of the breath in the form of energy in your body.
Your awareness allows the energy filled in the body to grow and expand.
Energy follows tension.
Let your mind melt and merge into the river of energy flowing through your body.
Follow my guidance as we move our awareness through different parts of the body.
Allow your awareness to instantly dissolve any blockages and holdings as you move through different areas in your body.
Now bring your undivided attention to the space between the eyebrows,

The pit of the throat,

The womb where your baby resides,
The bowl of the pelvis,
The pelvic floor,

Sole of the right foot,

The space between the toes,
The entire right foot,

Navel point,

Just breathe and let whatever is passing through your awareness move on through.
Allow it to float by.
Remain in this state of observation,
Out of thinking mind.
Stay relaxed and aware,
Allowing all experiences to move through you without preference or attaching stories,
Labels or judgment.
Pain giving birth and pleasure giving birth,
Fear giving birth and trust giving birth,
Anger and peace,
Sadness and joy,
Crying and laughter,
Cold and hot.
Gradually allow all in your awareness to fade as you bring your attention back to the space between your eyebrows.
In this place,
Drop into the deepest level of relaxation.
There's nothing to do or achieve.
You are witness to all that is happening.
Feel completely safe and comfortable.
Notice your pregnancy.
Feel it.
Hand over all fear,
Apprehension and anxiety about all that you want to change,
Control or manage in your pregnancy.
Let go of all doing.
Face it with trust and faith and the higher power within you.
Take a moment here to set an intention,
Something positive and in the present tense,
Whatever comes to you.
Repeat your intention three times.
Allow it to go into the deepest levels of recognition without any hesitation.
Allow it to be true.
Bring your attention back to the space between your eyebrows.
Feel your body fully alive.
Smile at your baby.
Your life force is flowing freely,
Healing the body,
Calming the mind,
Embracing your pregnancy and birth.
Now allow your entire self to respond spontaneously and effortlessly to what I say.
I consciously step beyond anxiety and fear of birth.
I shift out of reactive feelings and allow myself to accept and feel what is in my body.
I welcome joy in every cell of my being.
Allow yourself to trust in the protection and guidance of the higher self within you.
Allow yourself to feel safe and supported.
Thank your baby for choosing you to be its mother.
Feel your entire body,
Crown of the head,
All the way down to the soles of the feet.
Begin to observe your breath moving through your body.
Slowly begin to deepen that breath,
Breathing down to your baby as though you're covering your baby in a warm blanket.
As you exhale,
Feel your baby's energy moving towards your heart.
On your next inhalation,
Take a deep breath down to your baby with a big audible sigh out through the mouth.
One more time,
Just like that.
Feel into your hands and your feet.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Rotate your ankles and your wrists.
Just begin to take any movement that you need,
Waking yourself back up,
Stretching it out.
Know that you can always stay where you are or you can close out your practice by taking one hand to your heart,
One hand to your baby.
Allow yourself to take this feeling with you throughout your pregnancy,
Throughout your day,
Throughout your evening.
Just thank yourself for taking time out for this pause.
