Inner peace is a state of calmness, serenity, and contentment, which can be found within us. It can be received through mindfulness, letting go, and receptivity. It leads to improved well-being and happiness.

Inner peace,

That is going to be our exploration today,

Very subtle.

In fact,

The whole world seeks for this inner peace and goes to any extent sometimes to get it.

But often a time,

It seems to elude us,

Inner peace.

I'll begin by sharing something true but may appear very different.

Peace is a higher consciousness or rather to put it more accurately,

It's a quality of a higher consciousness that exists much,

Much,

Much above the mental range of consciousness.

Peace is also present within our body itself.

I've heard some people who are doing deep practice who say,

Yeah,

No problem,

Even when they're going through difficult times,

There is peace inside my body.

Another way of looking at another example of peace,

Peace exists in some flowers as a vibration,

As a frequency,

Especially some of the flowers which are more white in color.

You get purity and peace as well.

What is this peace?

This inner guidance is both a deep discovery.

So you just pay attention to my words and wherever it is pointing,

Explore and we will also do a practice,

A practice to discover this elusive inner peace.

First of all,

We need to understand that when people refer to peace,

They often refer to it as an absence of something stressful.

So there's a lot of stress,

There's a lot of anxiety,

There's a lot of up and down.

And then when somebody says,

Oh,

Great,

It will be if I get some peace,

All they mean is that stressing element.

Let's say somebody they don't like or some situation,

You know,

In that family or personal life,

They want it not to be there so that the stressors disappear.

And that is their definition or experience of peace.

Look at your own life and you will also recognize that you too sometimes would wish the absence of certain stressors so that you will have more peace.

But this is not the true peace.

This is the negative peace,

Which is something not that stressful.

So something is a little bit more calm and quiet.

Peace,

The positive peace or the true peace is something that descends inside us.

Before I speak further,

I want you to intuitively connect to this phrase for a minute.

Go beyond your thinking process and intuitively connect to this phrase and let us see what dawns within you.

Peace is something concrete that descends into you in different parts of your being.

I'll give you some examples.

And this is also a practice.

Several micro practices are going to be shared with you.

Culled out from tradition,

Culled out from integral yoga.

Very subtle,

Simple practices that can transform your entire being.

First practice,

Bring your awareness to the top of your head and feel the sensations there.

From the top of your head,

So every part of our body can sense.

So from the top of your head,

Sense the space above your head.

From the top of your head,

Sense the space above your head and slowly your awareness can be a little bit high or majorly into the heights and sense what quality is there.

Look carefully.

See if you can detect the presence of a silence or peacefulness as a quality present above your head somewhere.

If your mind is noisy,

You will never be able to do it or you will be able to do it partially.

But even if your mind is noisy,

If you park yourself on top of your head,

The noise of your mind will reduce.

And slowly you will become aware of something that exists above the head like a profound silence or peace.

Now this is true.

It's a higher consciousness that we cannot detect.

We have not been taught so we don't pay attention,

But it is there for everyone.

Like the air we breathe is there for everyone.

The higher consciousness,

One of the qualities is peace and silence is there above our head for everyone.

So stay open to the space above your head and that quality of peace.

If you detect,

Recognize that it's a higher consciousness which always likes to descend into the human.

Like if you want fresh air,

You just have to open the window,

You will get fresh air.

If you want true peace,

Not the peace without stress,

But the true peace,

Which is a consciousness that exists,

You just have to come to the top of your head and open your awareness to the above as simple as that to do many times a day.

Now,

This peace can be received anywhere in the body,

Emotion,

Mind,

Etc.

So I'm going to extend this practice and show you how to do that.

You can play this recording several times until you get the knack.

Bring your awareness to the center of your brain.

Now you don't have to ask where the brain is,

Is somewhat in the center of your head.

So bring your awareness to where your brain is.

And if you're a little sensitive,

You will feel some movement,

Some kind of,

You know,

Presence of thoughts from the center of your brain.

Just turn your awareness and sense the silence of peace above your head.

In the beginning,

You may get confused,

But here you just do it and you will get the knack.

Just go to what appears as the center of your brain.

Turn your awareness and feel that space above your head.

And if possible,

The silence of peace above your head.

This way,

Slowly your mind will receive peace.

Your thinking will become more peaceful.

Same process,

We will extend.

Come to your heart region,

Which normally stores a lot of emotions.

Hurts and memories go within your chest or heart region.

Keep going to as much depth as possible.

You can do it by physically even feeling into your chest region and taking your awareness inner and inner.

And then from there,

You will turn your awareness to connect to the space above your head.

And if possible,

Feel the peace or silence that exists above the head.

It's a state,

It's a consciousness.

Connect the chest or heart to that.

If you do this more,

You will get peace in your emotions,

Peace in your heart,

Peaceful heart.

I'll show the same process in another part of being and then I'll leave you free to continue this practice on your own as much time as you can give in this sitting.

Take your awareness within your skin,

The sensations,

The nerves.

This is where we feel most of the stress.

Fear,

Addiction,

Over-engagement of sensorial activities,

Lack of true connection to beauty,

To nature creates a lot of stressful or limiting vibrations in our sensory region which exists across our body.

Bring your attention to your skin sensations and your nerves.

Is it relaxed or is it cringing,

Tight and stressed?

Or it's thriving with some joy,

Happiness and beauty flowing through?

The last stage is only for those who are doing some sincere inner practices that they'll come to that stage.

For the normal all of us,

Is it relaxed or is it stressed and cringing?

Take your awareness within your skin and connect it to the space above your head.

How do you connect?

It's just keeping a little bit of awareness within your skin overall.

Keeping a little bit of your inner gaze or awareness to the space,

Silence or peace above the head so that they link up.

And if you truly link up,

You'll get a drinking kind of an experience where something will invade into your skin from the above.

It's literally,

It'll happen like that.

You don't have to imagine because it is real.

There is a consciousness above.

One of the qualities is silence and peace.

The silence and peace will descend into wherever you are able to put your awareness and connect to the above.

So you can do it and try.

You can even stay with awareness of your skin and call for the peace very quietly looking up above the head and just saying peace,

Peace.

It works.

It's like a call and the consciousness responds.

Same,

Just go through your sensorial experiences that you normally have.

Sometimes you'll have now.

Sometimes you know what kind of sensorial feelings.

Sensations that flow inside you.

Just become aware of your sensations,

Vibrations that are always there in your body.

So wherever you put your attention,

There will be sensations.

Like a headache,

A tightness in the shoulder.

Some butterflies in the stomach.

I'm just giving some examples like that.

You will have your own.

Simply being aware of these sensations.

Also be aware of the space,

The silence and peace above your head and let them link up.

You just have to keep your sensations and even your nerves.

If you can become aware of your nerves,

Just relax and simply open it to the space,

Silence or peace above the head and wait.

And wait and generally you will feel like the intrusion of peace.

The descent of something peaceful.

It may feel a little bit nice and heavy.

Because peace has that quality.

It is also a substance.

Peace has a very soft substance.

So it has a reality in the body when we receive it.

In this manner,

You can continue across your body.

We have done a short round.

As much time as you have,

Go within each and every part of your body.

Each and every point.

Which are fine or which are in pain or tension or having some difficulty.

Simply go within connected to the silence and peace above the head and just wait for the descent.

Now you can do it as much as you want and naturally absorb the peace inside.

And the more you do that,

It's not just that you lead a peaceful life.

Which often indicates an absence of problems.

But with the descent of peace,

You will lead a full life.

Purnam.

Wholesomeness in all aspects.

For this way,

You play this recording many times again and again and go to unvisited parts in your body and do this practice.

Slowly as the peace descends everywhere you will feel an inward calmness.

An inward quietness which is not perturbed by the outer conditions.

But it is not passive either as peace brings with it its other friends.

You will have clarity of life.

You will have a greater and clearer force and power to manifest it to.

Such is the power of this practice.

So I'll leave you on your own.

Go visit different parts of your body and turn it all and connect it,

Link it to the space.

To the silence and peace Existing above the head and let that You Continuously as you can practice it will descend with grace.
