This short meditation will give you the antidote to procrastination.
It will remind you that all power is now,
And it doesn't matter how often and how much you have procrastinated in the past.
From now on,
You create a present moment exactly how you like it to be.
You bring the change in a present moment instantly.
So let's go deeper.
For the most impact,
I recommend you to find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed.
Close your eyes and go within.
Put your hands on top of your heart.
Release any tension from your body,
And breathe deeply through your heart.
Feel your heart.
Intend to slow your breathing slightly down.
Make it slightly slower and deeper,
And focus your breath flowing through your heart.
Keep bringing your attention to your heart and breath flowing through your heart.
Make a deep connection with your heart physically,
Mentally,
And emotionally.
Be thankful to your heart,
And ask your heart,
What do you want?
And make sure you allow yourself to receive the answer.
Make sure the answer is positive one,
Something that enhances your life,
And not something you don't want.
So ask yourself,
And your heart,
What do you want?
Listen,
And be thankful to receive.
And as you receive something you truly want to do,
Realize that procrastination is merely doing something that you prefer not to do.
And sometimes procrastination is not knowing what you truly want to do,
And instead focusing on something else.
And since you know now what you truly want to do,
Allow yourself to just do it.
It might be that thoughts from past procrastination come up with guilt,
Shame,
Self-condemnation,
Or doubt.
Will I do this this time?
And that's okay.
These thoughts and feelings appear to disappear,
To let go of your past procrastination.
Allow yourself to feel,
Let go of the feelings,
And bring your attention back to what you truly want to do.
And as you release the past self that procrastinated,
Embrace the present version,
Version of you who does what you truly want to do.
So allow yourself to see,
In your imagination,
Doing what you truly want to do.
See yourself doing the thing your heart truly wants to do.
Feel free to stay here and visualize you doing what you want to do as long as you like.
And whenever ready,
Open your eyes,
Be thankfully present,
And just do it.
Have it magical.
