What do you want less of?

And what do you want more of?

All perfect as they are.

You don't need to take any action or have any attachment to having any of these feelings,

Thoughts showing up.

Simply remember who you are,

Now,

Look back on what you wrote.

See your worries,

See your wants,

See your cares.

List your worries,

How they connect to your cares and how they lead to more of your wants.

See connections.

Create lists,

Create connections.

Simply observe,

Organize,

And put in front what truly matters.

Take your time.

Observe and allow yourself to breathe.

Now,

Looking at the list,

Ask yourself and your heart,

What do you care the most about?

Circle that.

Focus on that.

And ask yourself,

What's my next step to get more of what I want in regards to what I care most about?

Listen and feel.

Feel free to write it down.

From pure place in your heart,

Full of love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment,

Available to you right now.

Right now.

Simply remembering your heart as you allow yourself to feel.

Again,

You may pause this recording again and again till you feel complete.

And whenever ready,

Continue with gratitude.

Be thankfully present for clarity you received.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.
