Welcome to Magnetic Heart Meditation Fulfillment on Demand.

In this meditation,

You will be guided through a 3-step process formula for meeting and finding fulfillment within,

To claim your power back,

To feel truly and genuinely fulfilled,

Removing need to wait for anything to change in your external circumstances,

And magically,

As you fulfill yourself from within,

You will be more likely to attract the opportunities that accelerate and enhance your fulfillment already found within.

So let's get started.

Find a comfortable position where you feel safe and undisturbed for the remainder of this meditation.

Release any tension from your physical body.

Feel free to shake,

Stretch,

Reach out,

Twist and turn to check in with your body,

And if you find any discomfort,

Tension,

Then breathe it out and release.

Pay special attention to your lower back.

Feel free to forebend,

Twist and turn.

Pay special attention to your shoulders,

Roll them back and forward.

See the range of motion for your shoulders.

Feel free to pat yourself on your shoulder for a good job for showing up.

Feel the range of motion.

Feel free to massage your shoulders to give more dedicated,

Loving attention.

Move your neck,

Look left,

Right,

Up,

Down,

Roll your head,

And make sure your neck moves freely and with ease.

Breathe out any discomfort,

And relax your eyes,

Relax your jaw,

Soften your gaze,

And whenever ready,

Close your eyes and go within.

Put your hands on top of your heart.

Feel your heart beating inside of your chest.

Feel your breath breathing through your heart.

Pay special attention to your next inhalation through your heart into your belly,

And pay special attention to your next exhalation through your heart out of your belly,

And Notice the effect and impact of each breath you take through your heart on your heart.

Notice.

Do you feel your heart expanding with each inhalation?

Do you feel your heart become more vibrant,

Active,

Warm with each inhalation?

And do you feel your heart becoming lighter,

Allowing it to release any stuck emotions with each exhalation?

Do you feel more light-hearted as you breathe and exhale?

Keep breathing through your heart.

Keep breathing your magnetic heart breath through your heart,

Activating your inherent magnetic traits of your heart,

And releasing the past,

Being fully and thankfully present in the present moment with your heart.

And as you breathe,

As you observe your breath and your heart,

Know that the most important part of this meditation is your presence and your connection with your heart.

And whenever you find your mind wandering around,

Bring it back to the present moment,

To your heart.

Make it the most important,

Most delicious,

Most exciting thing to do for the remainder of this meditation is catching yourself and either appreciating still being focused on your heart,

On your breath,

Or catching yourself off guard and returning yourself back to your heart,

Back to your breath.

And let's step into the phase one of inner fulfillment on demand.

Phase one is meeting your needs from within.

So ask yourself,

Ask your heart,

What do you want?

What do you need right now?

And listen.

Listen for any desires,

Needs,

Wants,

In any shapes and forms,

And know that whatever shows up,

You can fulfill it from within.

You can find loving,

Fulfilling,

And harmonious expression of this desire from within.

You don't need anyone's permission,

Attention,

Or approval.

You can fulfill yourself right now.

And as you fulfill yourself right now,

You find yourself in peace,

Magnetic to accelerating your desire to the next level,

Where the first stage is fulfillment from within.

You allow yourself to fulfill.

And sometimes there is action to take by you or you,

Like taking a nap,

Treating yourself well,

Doing some exercise,

Journaling,

Doing acts of self-love,

Maybe a massage,

Paying attention to your physical body,

Paying attention to your emotional body,

And paying attention to your mental body.

Pay attention and notice what needs to be noticed,

What could be fulfilled from within.

And if there is someone else in the picture,

And if there is perception,

Illusion,

There are certain desires,

Certain needs that need to be met by someone else that is not you,

Then know that you can meet it within fully,

Fulfillingly,

In harmony with all.

So allow yourself to give yourself fulfillment.

Fill your cup.

Fulfill your needs.

Allow yourself to receive what you want to receive.

And if there is something to do that you cannot physically do right now,

Fulfill yourself,

Then what you can do right now to experience fulfillment is to see yourself doing it,

To see yourself fulfilling yourself,

Whatever needs to be done by you.

And once you're fulfilled,

You can also see yourself accelerating your fulfillment in relationship with others.

You can give yourself a gift of seeing how others overflow your cup in place of fulfillment.

Not that they fill your cup,

It's already filled,

They overflow it.

Allow yourself to receive this gift as well,

Knowing that it just adds to experience,

And noticing how you were fulfilled before they overflowed your cup.

And from this place of fulfillment,

Keep asking yourself,

What do you need?

What do you want?

Until you hear and feel resounding,

Yes,

Resounding,

I am fulfilled.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

And that's how you know you fulfilled yourself.

It doesn't mean desires stop.

Desires continue to flow.

There's always the next one,

And the next one,

And the next one.

But all of them are flowing from place of fulfillment.

I have it.

Thank you.

I already have it.

And you have it,

At the very least,

In your mind's eye.

Allow yourself to feel all your desires in your mind's eye.

Feel yourself thankfully present to your heart,

To your breath,

To your needs and desires.

And as you feel your heart and breath being thankfully present,

Let's proceed to stage two.

Growth,

Progress and increase.

To feel truly fulfilled,

You need to feel the sense of increase,

The sense of progress and growth.

And that's where having more and more desires comes in.

Having the sense that I'm moving forward,

I'm achieving more,

I'm becoming more is important.

Feel the sense that you are better than you were yesterday.

Allow yourself to increase,

To grow and improve.

Ask yourself,

How can I be better?

How am I better?

And note that feeling is the secret.

So what we're looking for is feeling of growth,

Feeling of increase.

And there's two ways how to feel it.

One is to appreciate increase from past.

Look back and find moments in your past,

In your life,

Where you haven't been as fulfilled as now.

Pick the moments compared to which you have grown and appreciate the growth.

And second,

Pick a goal,

Pick a target,

Moving towards which you will feel grown.

So either way,

Either appreciating achievements of the past or anticipating certain achievements in the future.

Both ways,

Allow yourself to feel,

Feel the growth and progress.

Feel yourself fulfilled.

Fulfilled through your breath and your heart and connection with the pure place in your heart.

Always full of love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

It's already here,

Right now.

Allow yourself to see it,

Feel it and embody it.

As you see and feel fulfillment,

Let's take a notch up and go to the phase three.

Level three is giving and sharing.

It's an act of giving when we receive.

It's an act of giving when we receive the gratitude for giving.

Giver needs a receiver,

Receiver needs a giver.

So it's a most harmonious thing to do,

To give.

And we always give from place of want,

Desire and fulfillment.

We give a gift,

Something that's precious and we know is appreciated.

And as you give,

Allow yourself to fulfill yourself by appreciating the act of giving.

Making it unconditional gift,

Regardless whether the person at the other end is receiving it well or not.

You fulfill yourself within,

Because you know the value of the gift.

Whether it's your presence,

Your smile or something more materialistic.

You know the value,

You know the worth of the gift.

And since you know it,

You acknowledge it and appreciate it.

And since you appreciate it,

You feel it,

You know it.

And you need no other to appreciate it for you.

However,

You need no affirmation or confirmation that appreciation was appreciated.

Because you fulfill within.

As you give,

You fulfill.

And it matters not how the gift was received.

However,

It does matter how you see it being received.

And in your mind's eye,

You always see it in appreciation.

You see yourself in deep appreciation.

And you see the other in deep appreciation.

Regardless of appearances.

Allow yourself to see the truth.

Allow yourself to see the harmony in your mind's eye.

Regardless of appearance.

The gift you give,

That you share,

Is appreciated by you and the receiver.

And you don't need any proof of appreciation from the other.

Since you already have appreciated and seen it in true colors.

In your mind's eye,

As appreciated.

And this doesn't mean ignoring the evidence or living in delusion.

Letting others to abuse you and let your gifts go to waste.

Yes,

You can choose not to give further gifts based on past experience of appearance of gift not being appreciated.

However,

You can also allow to feel fulfillment of all past gifts given.

You get to choose how you want to gift the other person in the future.

Whether it's a gift of smile and your presence.

Or whether it's a gift of lack of your presence.

Remember,

Saying no is also a gift.

Making a stand for love and harmony.

For fulfillment for you and them is a gift.

Every time you stand up for fulfillment of yourself,

You give a gift.

Not from a selfish place.

From mutual harmony.

Where you benefit and they benefit.

So allow yourself to appreciate all past and all future gifts.

Because truly,

You only gift when you want to gift.

And since you want to gift,

You can appreciate the gift.

And you can appreciate appreciation or receiving of a gift.

Allow yourself to see appreciation for both sides.

And feel fulfillment flowing through your heart infinitely and abundantly.

Feel the fulfillment of your needs met.

Feel the fulfillment of your growth.

And feel the fulfillment of giving.

Giving your true essence,

Your love,

From pure place in your heart.

Appreciate it.

Be thankfully present.

To your heart.

To your breath.

And to imagination in your mind's eye.

Of all your gifts.

Appreciated.

All your needs met.

Acknowledged and appreciated.

Be thankfully present to your breath and your desires.

As they are fulfilled in the present moment.

Feel free to stay here as long as you like.

Going through any scenarios of appreciation.

And whenever ready,

Open your eyes.

And with deep gratitude,

From pure place in your heart,

Have it magical.
