This meditation will help you to release burdens - emotionally and energetically so that you can relate to your experience from a place of harmony. It will allow you to release fear and worry about the future and put you in a resourceful state to be most prepared to deal with your reality in the most productive way. This meditation will reconnect you with your true essence - love.

Welcome to Magnetic Heart Meditation Releasing burdens,

Anything that weighs you down or causes you to fear and worry about your future.

This meditation will reconnect you with your true essence and allow you to relate to reality with harmony within and without.

So let's get started.

Find a comfortable position where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this meditation.

Release any physical tension in your body.

Feel free to move,

Stretch,

Reach and twist and shake your body off of undesired tension.

Make sure you relax your eyes and soften your gaze.

Move and release your jaw.

Move your neck.

Feel free to massage your neck.

And roll your shoulders,

Making sure you feel free in your body.

And whenever ready,

Close your eyes and put your hands on top of your heart.

And take few deeper breaths through your heart into your belly.

Through your heart out of your belly.

Keep breathing through your heart.

Keep breathing magnetic heart breath.

Noticing how each breath brings you more into the presence,

More connected with your heart and more in contact with your highest self through your heart.

Keep breathing through your heart.

And whenever you find and catch your mind drifting,

Bring your attention back to the present moment.

To magnetic heart breath.

Through your heart into your belly.

Through your heart out of your belly.

And notice how each exhalation activates and energizes you.

Helping you to gain more detail and focus on whatever your attention flows.

And notice how each exhalation helps you to release,

Relax and let go of any pattern or story or perspective that you may have taken,

Consciously or unconsciously.

Notice how each exhalation may broaden your perspective and see things in a bigger picture.

Keep breathing through your heart.

Connect with your heart deeply.

And ask your heart,

What do you want?

And allow yourself to receive the answer.

Whatever the answer.

And as you receive the answer,

Allow yourself to feel it.

Allow yourself to connect with the answer.

And once you're connected,

Allow yourself to purify the answer.

Allow yourself to see the gift in desire.

Making sure it's in harmony.

That is love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

This is true.

This is your true desire.

And if you see something along the lines,

I don't want this,

I want less of that.

I want this gone.

Anything that's negative language or disharmonious feeling,

Know that.

You can always invert that.

Make it opposite.

And receive your true desire.

Allow yourself to connect with your true desire.

The pure desire in your heart.

Coming from pure place in your heart.

And now thank your heart.

For giving you this desire.

For revealing you and reminding you of what's important right now.

And as you appreciate it,

Bring it to your consciousness.

What is one thing you want to release?

What's the burden that you feel weighs you down?

And if you don't feel anything,

Feel free to leave it abstract.

Allow it to remain in your subconscious.

You don't need to know what it is.

All you need is allow yourself to give permission to release.

Let go and purify your heart.

And as you allow yourself to connect with what is to be released.

Realize that whatever the stories are.

Whatever the feelings are.

You can shift them in a moment.

And remember that you're here right now.

In this meditation,

Listening to my voice.

Perfectly safe,

Protected and undisturbed from any burdens or remainder of this meditation.

Yes,

There might be things happening in your life that require your attention.

However,

Those things are taken care of for remainder of this meditation.

Therefore,

You allow yourself to release and let go of them.

Not to worry about them.

Knowing that they're well taken care of.

And this is how you express your greatest care.

Caring for this burden by releasing it and letting it go.

By allowing yourself to assume a resourceful state.

Because if there's really something that you need to do.

Meaning,

There is something you have control over.

And therefore,

You must change something.

Then you will receive the most harmonious steps from your heart.

As you are in most harmony yourself.

By assuming a resourceful state.

So allow yourself to release illusion of perception.

Allow yourself to release illusion of imagined future.

Release the need to predict the future.

And have a benefit of doubt that truly you don't know how it's gonna happen.

You don't know what is actually going to happen.

And it helps to acknowledge the possibility of infinite possibilities.

Yes,

Most of them might be very unlikely.

However,

They're still probable.

Like lightning striking in the same place twice.

It might be very unlikely,

But it still happens.

Therefore,

You allow yourself the benefit of doubt.

That things might not be as bad as they seem.

And that things will be better as you allow yourself to give a break.

As you allow yourself to give a gift of releasing the burden for now.

And yes,

Once ready,

You may come back to it from resourceful state.

With solution already in mind,

Coming from heart.

But for now,

Allow yourself to acknowledge the present moment.

That you are safe,

Undisturbed.

And no problems arise in the present moment.

That all is well in the present moment.

All is taken care for you in advance.

Or remainder of this meditation.

And if you're able to release the burden,

Tension,

Worry,

Fear.

That you might be feeling in association with your circumstance.

And if you're able to do this only for a few minutes during this meditation.

Then you're able to do it until the situation is resolved.

Knowing that the best and most harmonious solution will come from pure place in your heart.

And to receive it,

To receive the solution,

You must be open and receptive.

You must be in harmony of all and truth.

That of love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

And truly,

You are in harmony.

Because that's your natural state.

It just takes a quick second to shift your focus and attention to what you like and appreciate.

And willingness to let go.

So use your breath to help you if there's any remainder to be let go.

Appreciate any part that has already left,

Leaving you more pure.

Allow yourself to appreciate both big and small ones.

Without needing to judge what is big,

What is small.

And allowing yourself to celebrate,

Appreciate all ones.

Everything that moves you towards more harmony.

More resourceful state.

Here and now.

And keep allowing yourself to purify yourself from moment to moment.

Acknowledging the present moment.

That you are safe.

That you are protected.

The things always happen in your favor.

That you live in a friendly universe.

And it is rigged in your favor.

Therefore whatever happens is to your benefit.

And to highest good of all.

So allow yourself to have a benefit of doubt or complete certainty that this is the case.

That you are safe,

Protected and allowed to release this burden as your greatest expression of care for it.

And allow yourself to see the deep desire behind caring for this burden.

Which truly is carrying this burden.

And as you have been carrying this burden,

You know you did it for great care for something.

Allow yourself to acknowledge this care.

And allow yourself to feel,

Truly feel the pure expression of this care.

Allow yourself to see things in a bigger picture.

Zoom out in a time and space.

Whether go away from this planet.

See things in 10,

20,

100 years.

And see how important or insignificant this moment is.

And realize how your relationship with this situation changes as you shift perspective.

Showing you that truly things are as you create them.

Things are as you choose to relate with them.

So choose to relate from place of love and harmony.

Choose to create more love in your life.

Allow yourself to care for love and express pure love right here,

Right now.

Notice any thoughts appearing in relationship with what I'm saying,

With what you're imagining.

Knowing that truly everything that happens in your mind right now is purely imagination.

It's not real.

It's only thoughts and imagination.

And it can feel real.

Notice how lots of things in your mind feel very real.

And how easy it is to believe how real and profound are the stories that you feel.

Whether of those of gratitude or how magical experience you're having right now.

By appreciating the gift of care and opportunity you've been given,

That's certainly one possibility.

Or maybe you feel resentment for not releasing this gift sooner.

For not realizing this burden and not releasing it sooner.

Or maybe you're still identified with it and don't really want to release it.

Or maybe there's part of you that really holds on to it as your precious.

And wherever you are,

You get to choose right now where you send your focus and attention.

You get to choose to create love in your life by appreciating what you can appreciate.

And you can appreciate making it this far in this meditation.

By programming your subconscious mind to release things that are not in harmony.

By really realizing illusion of your mind.

And realizing that you have a choice.

Choice to live in love.

Choice given right now,

Moment to moment.

And power to exercise this choice.

Power to create your future right now.

By relating to yourself,

Your thoughts,

Your feelings with harmony and pure place in your heart.

So keep feeling the present moment,

Knowing that all is gift.

Knowing that even if you didn't hear almost anything of what I say,

It still works.

You have a subconscious impression to always align with harmony in your life.

Subconsciously seek out more love,

More happiness,

More peace,

More bliss and more fulfillment.

Because this is your natural state.

These are your natural states.

In harmony with your highest self.

In harmony right here,

Right now.

And allow yourself to fully return your attention back to your breath.

Through your heart.

Into your belly and out of your belly.

Through your heart.

Realizing that you are magical.

You are observer of your reality.

And you are in perfect,

Perfect harmony with your vision,

Whether you are aware of it or not.

You are on the right path.

Keep following your heart and intuition.

Keep following the harmony from your heart and intuition.

And things will always turn out right in your favor,

Regardless of appearances.

Appreciate your dedication for this meditation.

And feel free to stay with your heart and breath for as long as you like.

And whenever ready,

With burden released,

Return to the present moment.

Open your eyes and have it magical.
