A beautiful water-based visualization exploring your relationship with water and how it represents you on an emotional, psychological, and spiritual level. You are invited to simply be near the imagined water or to jump right in. Which body of water are you today? This guided meditation premiered on S1 E6 of the 'Bodies of Water' podcast by Loless Blue Beauty Co. Audio of the Atlantic Ocean background audio was recorded at Woman's Bay in Barbados and music by The Juniper Phase.
