Fason and welcome to this Just Right Meditation.
The purpose of this meditation is to remind you that everything is just right.
That timing is just right and everything in your world is just right.
I'll guide you in this meditation and there will be a tone at the beginning and at the end,
And I will guide you into the tone as well as out of the tone.
Please find a place where you can be uninterrupted for about eight minutes.
It's best if you're seated during this meditation with your back straight yet comfortable.
Let's begin.
Allow yourself to settle in.
Move around as much as you need to in order to be comfortable.
As you're settling in,
Notice how you feel.
Begin to pay attention to any sensations that are in your body,
And begin to really connect with your breath.
Just start breathing in and breathing out with an awareness,
A consciousness,
Being intentional.
Pay attention.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Pay attention.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Notice.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feel your body beginning to relax from the top of your head.
With every breath,
You're relaxing more and more,
Knowing that all is well.
Allow that relaxation to continue down through your upper body,
Your chest,
Your torso,
And your hips as you're breathing in and breathing out,
Intentionally,
Purposefully paying attention.
Breathe in and breathe out,
Allowing that relaxation to go through your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shins,
Your ankles,
And your feet.
And simply breathe intentionally,
Deliberately,
Purposefully.
Just breathe,
Allowing the breath to nourish you,
Allowing your breath to relax you,
Allowing your breath to remind you that everything is just fine.
And just breathe,
Paying attention and feeling the air from your nostrils,
Paying attention to every breath,
Knowing that breath is life,
That everything is just right.
Breathe in and breathe out,
Sitting with the knowing,
The understanding,
That it's just right,
That everything is just right.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Allowing that relaxation to settle you,
To remind you that all is well.
You are alive and breathing.
And just sit and breathe and pay attention.

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room.
