Please sit comfortably take a deep breath in and exhale relax your body take another deep breath in and exhale relax your body relax your body relax your body and start calling all parts of you to this moment as you wear a big magnet and all parts of you are invited right now to sit with you just feel the weight of your body in your chair allow your breath to be soft just notice your breath do a couple of belly breathing in the in breath you bring those parts of you to your belly and in the out breath relax that part of your body relax your face and have a friendly smile as you recognize that this moment is dedicated to you,
To you sincerity just a smile allow any feelings either of anxiety or restlessness to be you don't want to correct it,
Change it,
Accept it,
Nothing you are just aware if they are there as you continue at your self enquiry in this moment call the part of you that is absolutely sincere that always have been sincere the part of you that is able to see you and your situation very nakedly just spot that energy within your body sincere me and in this moment ask yourself if you have applied the right medicine to your anxiety if your anxiety is in your body have you tried to approach it through meditation,

Going to counselling is that the proper approach recognize that the body need body support if your anxiety is from your mind then you apply mind support meditation,
Nature,
Breath if your anxiety comes from any unfinished business with people with your environment then the proper medicine is to confront and finish those loose ties if your anxiety is from your emotional body then you have expression,
Creativity is needed this is the first enquiry am I doing or giving myself the right medicine to confront and heal me just ask you sincere self to make a big mental debate it's a simple enquiry,
Discernment take a deep breath in and exhale let that go relax maintain your sense of being inside your body and accepting any sensations you may have in the moment perhaps observe that you may want to correct right away and that self,
That correct,
Or wishes to correct,
We don't need it in the moment is for soul you are simply learning to assess and to enquiry relax stay with you recognise the two tendencies in this moment either to go out and search outside for solutions of your discomfort solution in the outside,
Or talking to friends,
Counselling,
Looking for a medicine searching outside of you that's one approach and in this moment you are choosing the inner approach to stay with you to choose to be with you relax relax relax relax are you sincerely wishes and choose to be with you ask your sincere self do you want to meet you all is required here is your sincerity know your answer are you ready to let go of all outside,
Imagine the solutions and to start meeting you and that meeting requests from you a relationship a commitment where every day for 5,
10,
15 minutes you sit with you not to correct,
Not to achieve just to simply enjoy you in the good times and in the bad times and in that relationship is patience is care and you are willing to reinforce your choice over and over and over so your inner acquires the body,
The strength,
The presence,
The integrity the inner will represent you in the order and in the expression of your destiny and in that commitment you approach that anxiety of not knowing where you are,
Where to go,
What to do by going in you open the gate to meet those questions and to have the courage and the choice to obey what you hear relax more in this moment you are happy to be with you either in comfort or discomfort you are making discernment of what is your approach towards your anxiety in one hand we are observing if we are giving the right medicine and in another hand we are choosing the inner to be the leading force of that medicine this is important to reflect on if my anxiety comes from the abandonment of my physical body then it needs a physical medicine natural sciences like Ayurveda,
Yoga can sustain that if my anxiety comes from the abandonment of confronting unfinished business with people or with myself then the medicine is to complete those unfinished business if my anxiety is from the emotional body my shyness of expressing myself or saying who I am of being intense and displaying my emotions constructively of course then the medicine is expression,
Arts,
Dance if my anxiety comes from my mind by projecting the past or in the future I need meditation,
Commitment to be friendly with my mind and educate my mind saying that the approach of other disperse you,
Make you more anxious the approach of inner create a love affair with you,
A commitment with you where you learn to live with you in the good and in the bad this is our point of contemplation in this class take a deep breath in and exhale and connect again with that sincere self,
That energy within you sit with your sincere self for a moment allow any revelation may come from that place may your sincerity be the point of guidance may you be integral may you commit may you discover the richness and glory of your inner self
