Welcome,

Radiant Soul,

My name is Nola Blue,

And today I'm guiding you through a meditation for finding inner strength.

In times of conflict,

Uncertainty,

Or emotional challenge,

It can be easy to feel overwhelmed by what's happening around us.

This meditation is an invitation to reconnect with the steady,

Resilient strength that lives within you.

This practice unfolds through a journey to a lighthouse,

Standing strong amidst a wild and stormy sea.

Just as the lighthouse offers guidance to sailors during turbulent storms,

Your own inner light can guide you through the challenges of your life.

So go ahead and get yourself comfortable.

Close down your eyes,

And settle the breath.

Take a big breath in,

And slowly exhale all the air out.

With each breath,

Feel the body softening and releasing any tension you may be holding.

Feel the weight of your body being supported by the earth beneath you.

Every exhalation,

Invite your body to soften,

Relax,

And let go a little deeper.

Now imagine yourself standing on the rugged shores of a vast and stormy sea.

Powerful waves rise and crash along the shore,

Sending mist into the air.

Dark clouds gather overhead as wind and rain move through the landscape.

The storm reflects the challenges or difficulties you may be facing in your life right now.

You might notice feelings of fear,

Doubt,

Or uncertainty arising.

Gently acknowledge these emotions without judgment,

Knowing they are a natural part of human experience.

And yet,

Despite the intensity of the storm,

You remain standing,

Strong,

Present,

Aware.

The storm represents difficulty,

But it also reminds you that no storm lasts forever.

In this moment,

Allow yourself to connect with the elements around you.

Feel the solid earth beneath your feet,

And the rhythm of the waves echoing within your heart.

Off in the distance,

You notice a lighthouse standing tall and unwavering amid the chaos.

Its white exterior glows against the dark sky,

A steady beacon of hope.

As you move closer,

You see that the lighthouse is built of ancient stone.

Its surface is weathered and marked by many storms it has endured.

Wild seagrass grows at its base,

Resilient and rooted.

The lighthouse has stood strong through countless storms,

Just as you have weathered challenges in your own life.

From the lantern room above the top,

Beams of light radiate outwards.

They cut through the darkness,

Guiding its way.

As you step into the circle of this light,

You feel a deep sense of safety and calm.

The light surrounds you,

Warm and steady.

You hear the subtle creaking of the lighthouse,

A rhythmic sound like a heartbeat.

It reassures you.

Just as the lighthouse remains standing through every storm,

So do you.

This place is at the center of your own inner strength.

It is always here,

Available whenever you need it.

Bring awareness back to your breath.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in the light of the lighthouse,

Filling your body with steadiness,

Courage and resilience.

With each exhale,

Release any fear,

Doubt or heaviness that no longer serves you.

Now repeat the following affirmations inwardly or voice them out loud.

I am resilient,

And I can weather any storm.

My challenges support my growth,

And I meet them with courage.

I am like the lighthouse,

Grounded and strong in the face of adversity.

As these words settle within you,

Notice the storm outside beginning to ease.

The waves soften.

The ocean becomes calm.

The rain resides.

The clouds slowly part,

Allowing warmth and sunlight to shine through.

Just as the storm passes,

So too will the challenges that you face.

And you emerge stronger,

Wiser and more deeply connected to yourself.

Take a moment to feel gratitude for the strength that lives within you.

Know that you can return to this lighthouse whenever you need support or clarity.

Gently bring awareness back into the present moment,

And slowly open your eyes.

Remembering that even in the midst of difficulty,
