Hello,

This is Brenda Stott Tomlinson.

Welcome to the Energetic Cleansing Meditation.

This meditation will guide you through returning the energy that does not belong to you.

And then you will call back all your energy that was given or taken away.

I invite you to find a place to sit comfortably where you will be undisturbed for the next few minutes or so.

Grab your water,

A journal,

A pen,

And then sit back and close your eyes.

With your eyes closed,

I want you just to focus on your breath.

Breathe in in deeply,

Expanding the belly and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

On the exhale,

Release all the air from your lungs,

Pulling your belly back towards your spine.

So let's try this together.

Breathe in deeply,

Expanding that belly and now exhale through the mouth.

Breathing in that belly towards your spine.

And with every breath,

Just continue to do,

Breathing in deeply,

Exhaling through your mouth.

And as you do,

Notice how the tension leaves your body with every exhale.

Let your shoulders relax.

Breathe in deeply one more time.

And exhale slowly out your mouth.

Notice how the tension left muscles in your neck.

Breathe in deeply again.

And exhale.

And feel your jaw relax and the muscles in your forehead.

Just allowing the tension to leave your body as you just focus on your breath.

Becoming more and more relaxed and present within your body.

Nice.

Now I want you to move your focus to your root chakra.

Your root chakra is located at the base of your spine.

As you continue to breathe in deeply,

Just breathe in and focus on that root chakra.

And now imagine that there are roots extending from that root chakra at the base of your spine.

And these roots are growing and they're seeking the earth,

Going deep,

Digging into the earth,

Going down,

Grounding you.

Watch these roots as they go as deep and as wide as they need to support you in this moment.

And notice as you breathe and you exhale back down through these roots.

Notice how the roots appear stronger.

They feel like they're more fully supporting you,

Fully grounding you to the earth.

As these roots have kind of reached their spot and they've slowed down,

They're fully grounding and supporting you.

This time on your breath,

You're going to pull up the energy of the earth through these roots and pull it up.

Expand your belly deep and deep into your body with your breath,

Allowing the earth's energy and your breath to further relax your body.

So take a deep breath in,

Pulling up through the roots.

Oh,

Let it fill your body.

Hold and exhale.

Beautiful,

And we're going to do the same thing again.

We're going to pull in a deep breath,

Pulling it up through the roots and pulling it deep into your body.

And then on the exhale,

You're going to send that breath back down through your body,

Through the root chakra and deep into the roots into the earth.

So take a deep breath in,

Pulling it up and now send it back down through your root chakra,

Down through the roots,

Deep into the earth.

One more time.

Pull it up.

Hold and send it back down through the roots.

Excellent.

This has fully grounded you in this moment.

With our next breath,

You're going to pull up through the roots and pull that breath and send it up through your whole body.

And on the exhale,

You're going to send it out the top of your head,

Sending that breath high up into the heavens.

Take a deep breath in.

Let it fill your body and now send that breath out the top of your head high into the heavens.

Yeah.

Take another deep breath in,

Pulling up through the roots,

Send it out the top of your head.

And do this one more time.

Open that crown chakra by sending that breath into the heavens and you've connected yourself to source energy.

And you are now fully supported by the earth through the roots and the earth's energy.

And through your crown chakra and the source energy,

You are fully grounded and supported to do this important energetic work now.

So just take a deep breath and through this next visualization,

Just continue with normal rhythmic breaths,

Breathing as deep as you can.

And now I want you to imagine yourself within a crystal ball.

This crystal ball completely surrounds you.

You are completely enveloped in it.

It fully supports you and protects you.

You can see all around as you move within this crystal ball,

You can see all around you.

If you need to add another layer to feel comfortable and safe,

You may do so now.

Let's take a deep breath in this crystal ball space.

Just know that you are completely protected within this crystal ball.

You are safe and you are in control.

Now take another deep breath in and exhale.

You are still grounded to the earth's energy and to source energy.

Just take another deep breath in,

Fully centering and grounding your body within this crystal ball image.

Very nice.

Your body is now ready to release everything that does not belong to you.

This energy that no longer serves you,

It's time to let it go and return it to sender.

Set this intention in your mind.

This energy no longer serves you.

It's time to let it go and return to sender and let your body follow that intention.

As your body begins to let go of the energy that does not belong to you,

You may already notice how these fragmented pieces are leaving your body and where they're leaving from.

You may feel a twitch in your leg.

Maybe it's in your back or your shoulder.

Maybe your heart is beginning to move a little faster.

You may actually visualize a picture in your mind and be able to see the energy leaving your body.

However you see it or feel it,

It's okay.

And if you don't see or feel anything,

That's okay too.

Trust the process.

Trust your body.

You can know and be assured that the energy that does not belong to you is effortlessly moving through this crystal ball.

And it's being returned to sender,

Transmuted with love.

Continue to take deep regular breaths and allow your body to complete this process.

Make a mental note of what you're seeing,

What you're feeling,

What you're noticing.

Just continue to breathe through it.

Now as this begins to slow down and feel complete for you,

I want you to focus your attention on calling back everything that was given or taken away.

This might be your thoughts,

Your voice,

Pieces of your heart,

Pieces of your soul.

Call these back to you now.

Set the intention in your mind's eye to call back all that was given or taken away.

Just as these fragment pieces begin to return to you,

You may see them flying through the air,

Coming from places near and far,

Coming back from time and space.

Watch them as they fly back to you.

And as they come closer,

Watch as how they slow down and effortlessly move through your crystal ball,

Knowing exactly where it needs to go.

Then feel your body accept this energy,

Your energy.

Feel your body welcome this energy back.

This process is bringing you closer to wholeness.

Continue to take regular deep breaths.

As your energy continues to return,

Notice how you feel having your energy restored to you.

Now I want you to place a hand on your heart.

Thank your body for releasing all that was not yours.

Thank your body for receiving all that was returned to you.

Sending infinite love and gratitude to your whole body.

And now I want you to take another deep breath in.

Imagine pulling up through the roots into your crystal ball,

Sending that through your body.

And as you exhale,

Sending that out the top of your head,

Out through that crystal ball.

And on that exhale,

That crystal ball will just evaporate for you.

Deep breath in,

Exhale,

And send that out,

Allowing that crystal ball to just evaporate and leave with a breath.

As this process has been completed.

Take another deep breath and exhale.

Continuing to ground and support yourself back into the present.

Telling your awareness to come back to your surroundings ever so slowly.

Continuing to take deep cleansing breaths.

Notice your body begin to reawaken.

Notice the energy that's flowing through to all your muscles and how it flows from your fingertips down through to the tips of your toes.

As you slowly return to a state of wakefulness,

We set the intention to keep with you this feeling of calm and relaxation.

Knowing that your energetic body has been cleaned and cleansed.

Pieces of you have been restored and are integrating and rebalancing.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Coming back to the present,

Feeling energetically whole.
