Find yourself a comfortable seated position.

Now I'll invite you to place your hands over your heart space and settle into your seat.

Feel your shoulders drop and the muscles in your face relax.

Start to notice your breath and all it does for your body and for your mind.

With each inhale,

Notice how your breath relaxes you.

How it replenishes your muscles and calms your nervous system.

Feel at the edges of your lips,

Tilt upward in a smile as you acknowledge everything your wonderful body has carried you through.

Breathe love in and breathe love out.

Now I will invite you to think of something that happened today that you're thankful for.

It can be as big as feeling thankful for your health or feeling thankful for loved ones.

Or it can be as simple as feeling thankful for your morning coffee or how the sun was shining today.

Take a moment to reflect on one thing you feel thankful for from today.

Let that gratitude wash over you.

Feel the warmth of that love and peacefulness.

Notice the lightness in your chest and the ease of your mind as you express your gratitude openly.

See how the positivity in just a few moments can change you.

Breathe in gratitude and breathe out gratitude.

Breathe in love and breathe out love.

Feel your heart space expand with all the things you have to be thankful for.

And take that abundance of love into the rest of your day.

Breathe in and breathe out gratitude.

Breathe in and breathe out gratitude.

Breathe in and breathe out gratitude.

Breathe in and breathe out gratitude.

Breathe in and breathe out gratitude.

Breathe in and breathe out gratitude.
