Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep,

Slow breath in.

Exhale gently,

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw soften,

And your body settle into support.

Before we begin,

Let's take a moment to acknowledge the weight you may be carrying.

Maybe you've been trying for months or years.

Maybe each cycle brings a flicker of hope,

Only to be met with disappointment.

Maybe you're feeling exhausted,

Frustrated,

Or even questioning your body.

If this resonates,

Just know this.

Your feelings are valid.

Your emotions are welcome here.

Breathe in,

Honoring all that you've held on this journey,

And breathe out,

Releasing any pressure to stay positive or figure it out.

This is your time to simply be.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

And as you exhale,

Imagine releasing any tension,

Any doubt,

Any expectation you've been holding.

With each inhale,

Welcome in ease.

With each exhale,

Let go of anything that no longer serves you.

With each exhale,

Bring your awareness to your womb space,

Your sacred center of creation.

Place one or both hands gently over your lower belly.

Feel the warmth of your own touch.

There is nothing to fix,

Nothing to force.

Simply allow yourself to connect.

Whisper silently or aloud,

I trust my body.

I trust my timing.

I trust that life moves through me in divine rhythm.

Let those words permeate each and every cell.

Touching and holding any part of you that doesn't fully believe that.

Love and gently acknowledge those parts.

Now imagine roots extending from your body down into the earth.

Deep,

Strong,

Unwavering.

Feel the earth's energy rising up through these roots,

Filling your body with stability,

Nourishment,

And deep,

Deep safety.

As you inhale,

Feel this energy filling your womb with a warm,

Golden light.

Exhale and imagine releasing any fear,

Pressure,

Or resistance.

You are held.

You are safe.

You are enough.

Exactly as you are.

Let those words really land.

Let yourself really hear them and feel them.

You are held.

You are safe.

You are enough.

Exactly as you are.

Visualize a gentle ripple of light moving through your womb.

A soft,

Pulsating glow.

It carries the message,

You are ready to receive.

You are open.

You are already whole.

Breathe into this knowing.

And if any emotions rise,

Let them move through you with ease.

There is no wrong way to feel in this moment.

Simply breathe.

Simply be.

When you feel ready,

Repeat to yourself,

I am open to life unfolding in perfect time.

My body is wise.

My womb is sacred.

And I trust my journey.

I release the need to control and surrender to the rhythm of creation.

Take in one more deep,

Full breath.

And as you exhale,

Slowly bring your awareness back.

Wiggle your fingers.

Stretch out your feet.

Soften your shoulders and slacken your jaw.

Lick your lips.

And gently open your eyes.

You are held.

You are whole.

You are already enough.
