Life can present us with difficulties that can cause us frustration, stress, pain, etc. This meditation is a step towards trusting that even in the hard times life brings us -there can be an opportunity for us to grow and become stronger versions of ourselves.

Hello my friend.

Let's begin our meditation by coming to ourselves,

Centering with the breath.

So when you're ready,

Wherever you are in your breath,

Exhale everything out.

Take a deep inhale through the nose,

Inside out the mouth.

Again,

Inhaling through the nose,

And sighing it out.

Inhaling through the nose,

And holding at the top.

Get a little sip of air in,

And audibly exhale.

Coming back to your natural breath here,

Or if you feel you want to take a few more deep breaths,

Please do so.

Making yourself a little bit more comfortable,

Making little micro movements to allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation here.

Just allowing your eyes to close and tune in to your heart center.

I know sometimes life can be really hard.

We go through moments of frustration or feeling deep pain.

Things come up and trigger us to the past,

Where we once felt really hurt.

Or in the present moment,

Life can be presenting things that are feeling really heavy.

It can feel like a weight is weighing us down,

And we sometimes feel resistant to what life is bringing us in this present moment.

I'd like to remind you that life wouldn't be giving you this if it wasn't meant for you.

In some way,

It is allowing us a chance to move through what is coming up,

To allow us to become stronger through the frustration that we are feeling in this present moment.

So do you have the ability to trust that everything coming up for us,

Even if it feels really heavy,

Really hard,

Frustrating,

Painful?

Can you trust that it's for you?

I'd like us to come back to our breath,

Breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth,

In through the nose,

And a long even exhale.

Next time we take a deep inhale through the nose,

Imagine that you're inviting in a little light and allowing it to expand within your chest and move through your body.

And through the exhale,

Can you exhale a little bit of the darkness,

Of the heavy feelings?

Inhale and exhale release.

Inhale and fight a little bit of peace.

Exhale release a little bit of stress.

Returning to your natural breath here,

We bring awareness back to our heart center.

Can you feel the light within your heart?

And with every inhale,

Allow it to grow a little wider,

Deeper,

And move through your body.

Through every exhale,

May you allow more stress,

Pain,

Frustration to leave your body.

And as it leaves your body,

Can you thank it?

Thank you for showing me what needs attention.

Thank you for being here,

But I gracefully let you go as the stress,

This pain,

This hurt is no longer serving me in my higher purpose,

In my higher self.

And as you continue through your day,

Trusting that whatever comes up,

Whatever you feel,

Just remember that it is here for a reason.

A reason to allow us and give us the opportunity to move through it.

When you're ready,

Can you open your eyes and say hello to this beautiful day.
