Just allowing yourself the time and place to go ahead and find a comfortable seat or a place to lie down.

And as you choose this moment to move into a time with the self,

Just bring any movement that you need before you find the stillness.

So just noticing if the arms want to stretch out and open,

If the fists want to shake out,

If the toes want to open,

If you want to roll your shoulders or open up the neck.

Just bringing a subtle movement through the body,

However the body wants to move as you then invite the closing of your eyes.

And as you close your eyes,

Just bringing your awareness into the space between your eyebrows and starting to recognize any sounds you hear in layers around you.

Just noticing the presence of what's here as you make yourself more available to here and now.

Just notice any stories of anything outside of this moment that come in,

Allowing them all to come and move in and move through and move out.

Just bringing in the sensation of flow and water and moving like a river and inviting in a deep place of flow here and now.

And then just starting to open up the spine.

So starting to feel where your body is touching the ground or the floor and then start to peel open the spine almost as if your shoulders are now actually over your hips.

And then you let your belly loose and your heart open and you let gravity do its thing around you.

And then begin to just place yourself in a little bubble of light,

Almost like a little eggshell.

Just noticing what color this little bubble of light is today.

And then feel almost as if this little bubble with you in it starts to slowly and gently move up into the sky and slowly and gently land you somewhere in nature.

Maybe today you're in a meadow or with the evergreen trees or maybe you're on the side of a beach with crashing waves.

Wherever you land and wherever you go,

Allow yourself to be fully there.

And just noticing what's around you and noticing where you're called to look and noticing how it feels.

And then finding a place in this nature scene to sit and ground or lay and ground.

Maybe there's even a little meditation space set up for you there.

And then as you do in this space,

Just inviting in a deep breath from the deep parts of your belly.

And a big breath in filling up.

And a big breath out letting something go.

And another big deep breath in filling up.

And a big breath out letting it go.

And allowing yourself to continue with a few cycles of these breaths,

Inviting in more ease and lightness and space into the body.

And just letting go any tenseness or any feelings of life pulling you outside of here.

And the deeper and the more you can garner yourself into this present moment into this nature scene into all that is around you.

The more you get to harvest for yourself inside.

So continuing with the breath as you start to feel the body lighten and open as you allow yourself to be fully here and now.

We're gonna come back in unison with a big deep breath and holding it in at the top.

So big deep breath and filling up.

And holding the breath at the top almost feeling as if your spine is growing taller almost as if you're the crown of your head is pulling up to the sky above feeling as if your roots are rooting deeper into the earth feeling almost as if this push pull is expanding you and opening you and feeling as if your heartbeat is coming online more and more of you is here and ready and here and ready for now.

Keep holding the breath as you feel the body just sensing with pulses or feeling whatever is moving through.

Take one more tiny little sip of air in beautiful big breath out exhaling out and holding the breath at the bottom of the exhale.

Holding the breath holding the breath out.

The exhale beautiful and just feeling what it feels like to empty to not need anything other than what is right now.

And just noticing if you can hear and feel your heartbeat.

And just noticing if you can hear and feel the blood moving through your body.

And if you can feel and share gratitude for all the organs and all the ways in which your body works its miraculous wonder.

Beautiful keep holding the breath out.

Amazing and then when you're ready,

Take a big deep breath and filling up.

Big breath out letting it go and another big deep breath and fill up.

Big breath out letting it go like a wave.

Beautiful and then just coming back to the still place.

Coming back to feeling your awareness in the space between your eyebrows.

Coming back to recognize the beautiful impermanence of this version of you and this version of this day that you will have.

Just feeling how everything change and shifts and moves and may it create space for us to love it even more.

So whatever is with you here now today,

May we invited in and may we love it all the way in.

And if there is a word that you would like to allow to come through you a word that you would like to wear as your lens for today.

Allow that word to come through beautiful and then feeling the whole center line of the body open so feel the crown open from the down from the crown into the third eye down into the throat and the heart and the lower three chakras and feel that same energy travel beyond the body down into the earth down down into the center.

Beautiful and for those of you who are writing today begin to feel the line of energy from the crown that is open moving and opening down into your writing hand.

So if you're left handed start to feel the energy opening on that side if you're right handed start to feel the energy opening on that side.

And then taking one big final deep breath in one big breath out of gratitude sprinkle it all around you beautiful and then as you slowly blink your eyes open.

Look anywhere but the screen like look everywhere around you starting to bring a little movement into your palms shaking out your head.

When you're ready go ahead and grab your timer for your writing and your prompt and your journal and enjoy this beautiful wonderful magical day.

Just enjoy it.

You're a magic.
