Hello and welcome to Gentle Expansion.

Today we're going to have a quick and simple relaxation into expanding body,

Mind and aura.

As always make sure you are good and comfy.

Have a nice safe space where you can fully open up and expand.

It can be difficult to really be expanded if you don't feel safe and quiet.

So if you need to pull the blinds,

Pull the covers up,

Just make yourself cozy.

And we will begin with a couple nice deep breaths just to disengage from the outside world.

This is how we break energy with time and space,

The past and the future.

Taking a nice deep breath into your belly,

Filling up your lungs from the bottom all the way up to the top.

And as you exhale,

Just releasing all your worries,

Concerns,

All your past,

All of your future.

Right here,

Right now,

Just to take a deep breath in and out.

Just for these next few moments,

Toss everything out into the ethers.

It will be there waiting for you afterwards.

So right now,

Let's not allow any thoughts about yesterday,

Tonight,

Tomorrow,

Other people,

Situations,

Your health,

Your mind,

Your family,

Your friends.

Let's not allow any of those thoughts to take the center stage.

And from here,

Taking another nice deep,

Gentle breath this time,

Inhaling all the way in.

And as you exhale,

Fully surrender,

Release all effort,

All control,

And simply watch how your body starts to breathe on its own.

Watch that gentle rise and fall of your belly and chest.

No opinions if it's fast or slow,

Deep or shallow,

Rhythmic or abnormal.

Allow your breath to be whatever it is,

Feeling the sense of gratitude as your body breathes for you.

As you relax more deeply into your body,

Simply watching the breath.

Feel a gentle expansion on the inhales and exhales.

Feel a gentle expansion in your belly and your chest.

With every inhale and every exhale,

Feel a gentle expansion in your head,

Your mind,

Your eyes,

Your jaw.

Allow the inhales to flow freely and the exhales to release on their own.

Feel this gentle expansion through every cell of your body.

Feeling even the love in the expansion,

Consciousness,

Your true essence.

What you could call love is expansive.

So just tune into that essence of love expanding through every cell in your body.

Stay with your breath as you continue to feel this expansion on the inhales and the exhales.

Allow your awareness to expand beyond your body to the space around you.

Feel this gentle expansion with every inhale and every exhale,

Letting the space around you,

Your presence expand all on its own.

Stay with your breath,

Feeling that gentle expansion on the inhales and exhales.

As you allow your awareness to continue to expand beyond the room that you're in,

Expanding out in the air outside.

With every breath,

Feel how your awareness and your presence ebbs and flows and dances and expands really in every and any direction.

Let your awareness and your energy be free and light.

You're welcome to stay here in this space and continue flowing and letting the expansion happen all on its own,

One breath at a time.

And if you are ready to finish,

You may want to bring your hands to heart center,

Press your palms together and press your feet into the floor,

Simply to re-engage your muscles and integrate this energy,

This lightness and this expansiveness into the very cells and fibers within your body,

Bringing more lightness and fluidity into your physical body.
