Welcome to meditation number nine for mindful growth.

This is a meditation on clarity.

This meditation will help you to experience the vast and unbounded nature of your mind,

Enabling you to expand your awareness,

Find inner peace,

And develop your creativity.

To get started,

Make sure you have a comfortable meditation posture.

With a straight back,

Your eyes gently closed.

Shoulders relaxed naturally at your sides.

And begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.

Feeling the sensation as it enters and leaves our bodies.

Feeling the sensation as it enters and leaves our bodies.

Feeling as though our mind is gathering inwards and settling into this sensation.

Just leaving all our busy and distracting thoughts behind.

Connecting with the physical sensation of our breath.

Coming connected to our own body.

Slowly scanning from the soles of our feet upwards.

Allowing our awareness to help our body relax.

And eventually arriving to the crown of our heads.

And now we can begin the actual meditation on clarity.

We begin by observing the flow of thoughts through our mind.

To start,

Our mind may feel quite busy.

We simply watch these thoughts and feelings.

Seeing them arise and then disappear.

Remembering not to follow or give energy to any of these thoughts.

Just observing and letting go.

Trying to think of your mind as being like the vast blue sky.

All of your thoughts and mental busyness are like clouds.

Just as clouds form and then disappear within the open sky.

Similarly,

Our thoughts and feelings arise.

And then dissolve within the vast space of our minds.

While you're on the move to exit roof transcendence zone.

And when the clouds disappear,

The sky appears.

Similarly as our thoughts start to slow down,

We begin to connect with clarity of our mind itself.

Trying to find that space in between thoughts.

Trying to connect with this clarity.

This vast and unbounded nature of our mind.

Realizing that it is completely unobstructed by space and time.

Realizing that it is completely unobstructed by space and time.

Realizing that it is completely unobstructed by space and time.

Trying to rest in this sensation of our blue sky mind.

Try to rest in this sensation of our blue sky mind.

This feeling of deep stillness and vastness of our own mind.

If the clouds of thoughts and distractions continue to arise we pay no attention to them and remain connected to this feeling of our blue sky mind.

This feeling of deep stillness and vastness of our own mind.

Spending more and more time now in the space between thoughts.

Finding and resting in the clarity of the mind.

Realizing how our thoughts and mental activity are impermanent.

These thoughts arise from the clarity of the mind and then dissolve away just like clouds appearing and disappearing in the sky.

Now for the final two minutes we try to rest in the clarity of our mind.

Holding this vast and unobstructed experience.

We try to rest in the clarity of our mind.

Now we try to rest in the clarity of our mind.

Now we try to rest in the clarity of our mind.

And finally you can gradually relax your attention allow yourself to arise from your meditation.

And that concludes meditation number nine for mindful growth.

Thank you.

Thank you for this lovely meditation, it is one of my favorites! I do have a suggestion, though, and that is to not use the phrase "try to", it feels distracting. Nonetheless I have really found this meditation immensely helpful and thank you again.🙏💖🙏

The focus on clearing space in the mind was done with a slow, intentional pace. I appreciate the interaction with silence.
