Your daily reminder to be good to yourself and others.

My name's Zola,

And together,

We're going to breathe in the good.

We're going to breathe out the bad and use words to remind ourselves of our worth.

There will always be times when we're excited by something that someone else has done.

It could be a great piece of homework they completed or something they created.

This is called being inspired.

Being inspired is perfectly normal,

As long as you remember that you don't have to be like the person who inspired you.

Today's charm words are about the importance of always being you.

Let's do some belly breathing,

Then we'll do our affirmations.

When you breathe in,

Use your nose and keep your shoulders still.

Once your belly fills up like a balloon,

Breathe out through your mouth by just letting go.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Ready?

Take a gentle,

Deep breath slowly through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe out.
