Pause with me for three minutes. This practice is for the ones who are always bracing — holding it together, staying strong, earning their worth through effort. In this short, body-based reset, you’ll be gently guided to: soften the nervous system, slow the breath without forcing it, release the habit of bracing, and remember that receiving is safe. You’ll move through a simple, steady breath rhythm while anchoring into the body with your hand on your heart — a signal of safety, presence, and permission. Nothing to fix. Nothing to push. Nothing to prove. Loop this practice as many times as your body needs. Use it anytime you feel tense, guarded, or overwhelmed. Share it with someone who’s carrying too much today. You are safe to receive — gently, in your own timing. We rise together.

Pause with me for three minutes.

When your body stops bracing,

Receiving becomes possible again.

If it feels comfortable,

Put a hand on your heart just to say,

I'm here.

Let's soften your system together.

Slowing down your breath,

We're going to do four in,

Four out.

Inhale.

I am safe.

Exhale to receive.

Inhale.

I am safe.

Exhale to receive.

Inhale.

I am safe.

Exhale to receive.

Feel your hand rise and fall as you continue to breathe.

Your body knows how to solve it.

It just needed permission.

Keep the four in,

Four out breath.

Nice and slow.

Inhale.

I trust.

Exhale.

Keep your breathing slow and steady.

Worst isn't earned by effort.

Your breath lets your system do the work that your mind forgets.

Keep the breathing steady.

Inhale and exhale for four.
