Welcome.
What a beautiful gift you are giving yourself today.
Before we get started,
Please make sure you are in a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed.
Headphones are not required,
But may make for a better experience should you decide to use them.
The purpose of this meditation is to just allow.
You don't need to clear your mind or try to analyze any thoughts that may come.
Just observe them,
But don't engage with them.
Treat them as if you are watching a movie.
Now let's get started by just breathing.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Inhale.
Now exhale.
Inhale.
Now exhale.
Inhale.
Now exhale.
Now we will inhale,
Hold for a count of seven,
And then exhale slowly.
Inhale and hold.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
Now exhale slowly.
Inhale and hold.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven.
Exhale slowly.
Now take a couple of moments to just breathe,
Knowing that in this moment that is your only responsibility.
Inhale and hold.
Imagine you're standing beneath the most beautiful waterfall.
Your arms are stretched wide open as you allow the warm waters to rush from the top of your head all the way down to your feet,
Relieving you of any tension and any stress.
Feel the waters washing away the heaviness of any judgment,
Guilt,
Shame or regrets.
Feel the waters replenishing you with joy,
Freedom,
Self-acceptance and love.
This is your place of peace that is always available to you.
I'll leave you to breathe and enjoy for a few more moments.
Now it's time to bring yourself back to awareness.
Take a few moments to slowly begin to move your fingers and your toes,
Bringing your awareness back to your body.
When you're comfortable,
Slowly begin to open your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Wrap your arms around yourself for a hug of gratitude for the gift you've just given yourself.
You are enough.
You have always been enough.
You will forever be enough.
Repeat after me.
I am enough,
Just as I am in this moment.
I accept and love myself just as I am in this moment.
Namaste.
