So what I'd like you to do is to just gradually ensure that your breath is coming in through your nose and going out through your nose.
And keep this as easy as possible.
And then I'd like you to ensure that you're breathing from deep down in your belly.
So just be aware if your shoulders are coming up and down or your chest is coming out.
And just try and get the breath coming from the belly.
So they're the only two things to put your attention on for this exercise.
So we're keeping it light and gentle and easy.
And you just want to make each breath smooth and even more even than the breath before.
Spend the same amount of time on the in and the out breath.
And just keep it all connected,
Flowing and smooth.
In through the nose,
Out through the nose.
And just ensuring that it is all coming in through the belly.
And just keep this pattern until the music comes to a close.
And then I shall tell you what to do next.
Opening inside.
Where is infinite power?
A truth beyond all time and space.
Unending bliss for myself.
Unmolding it for others.
Connecting us across the cosmos.
And ancestors and brothers.
Oh,
You sing.
I know you're talking to me.
Oh,
You sing.
I recognize your voice.
I don't understand the words you say.
But I know you're talking to me.
Oh,
You sing.
Magical sounds float and dance as they reveal themselves.
I am the vessel to transport you consciously.
Happening automatically when I get out of my way.
Fulfilling and teaching me every day.
And now we're going to develop the breath and move into the second section of this exercise.
So keeping your breath smooth,
I would like you to have the intention of the breath which is coming through the nostrils to then light up the pineal gland which is at the center of the skull.
And if you can envision a bright light in that place,
So at the center of the skull.
And then on the out breath,
Envision that the pineal gland in the center of the skull is sending the whole body what it needs to be healthy.
So if there is a specific issue that needs healing,
You can focus the attention on just that part of the body.
So I'll just run through that again.
So keeping the breath smooth,
Envision the inward portion of the breath entering the nostrils and lighting up the pineal gland in the center of the skull like an intensely bright light.
And whether you actually see the bright light or not is not important,
It's having that intention.
Then on the out breath,
Envision that the pineal gland is sending the whole body what it needs to be healthy.
If there is a specific issue that needs healing,
You can focus the attention on just that part of the body.
Okay,
And you can stop this now and listen again.
There is no rush to this exercise.
It's important that you understand it before you go through it.
So do make sure that you understand fully the second stage of the exercise and then go through with that new intention a few more minutes and then I will come back and tell you what to do for the third and final part of the exercise.
Music Music ♪♪ ♪♪ ♪♪ ♪♪ ♪♪ ♪♪ ♪♪ ♪♪ ♪♪ ♪♪ And now I would like you to continue the same in breath.
So you're still going to be envisioning the lighting up of the pineal gland in the center of the skull.
But now on the out breath,
I would like you to make a humming sound or an om.
And this can be as loud as you like,
As long as you can hear it yourself.
And you can also play with a few other sounds.
So you can go for om or oom.
And there are two other sounds you can use,
Amen and Yahweh.
And they are sounds that give attention to the whole body.
If there are certain parts of the body that you want to give attention to,
If the upper chest is an area that you want to focus on,
You can make an aim sound.
So that's aim when you exhale.
If the thyroid area you want to give attention to,
It's mia,
Mia.
For sinuses,
It's mm.
For the chest and heart,
It's ah or ma.
For the throat,
I.
For the brain,
E.
For the lungs or asthma,
Ss.
And for back pain,
Wu.
So you might want to play this back again and make a note of the sounds that focus on areas that you want to give more healing to.
And maybe one day you try one sound,
Another day another sound.
But each time you do this exercise,
Just focus on one sound.
And if you have several areas that you want to focus on,
Then it's best to just use om.
Okay,
So starting from now,
Just continue with the in-breath,
Lighting up the pineal glands and the out-breath,
Making a sound,
Whether that is om or one of the other sounds that I listed.
Okay?
