This meditation was created to help you shift from constant doing to intentional being. When we’re always on, it’s easy to disconnect from our body, our breath, and our inner knowing. This practice invites you to soften, release the pressure to perform, and return to a steadier rhythm, one that nourishes instead of depletes. This meditation is part of the Success Block Archetype Meditation Series. If you often struggle to slow down or feel like rest must be earned, this one is especially for you. Music by Chris Collins

So let's begin by taking a long slow deep breath in.

Finding your comfortable position and allowing your body to begin to soften,

To settle into this moment.

Taking another long slow deep breath and as you exhale letting your shoulders drop and noticing your body settling a little more into your space.

Now allowing your breath to find its own natural rhythm.

No forcing,

Just allowing.

There's nothing you need to do right now.

You have no task to complete,

No problem to solve.

You just need to be here right now.

With each breath feel yourself arriving deeper into this present moment,

Deeper into the stillness of the now.

And remember it's safe to pause,

It's safe to slow down,

You are safe to let go.

And just do a quick scan of your body and notice where you might still be holding on.

Your jaw,

Your shoulders,

Your belly,

Maybe your hips.

And send some awareness to those points.

Again no forcing,

Just some gentle attention.

Just some gentle attention with a little message.

It's okay to relax.

It's okay to let go of the need to hold everything together.

It's okay to let go of the belief that your value comes from doing.

Remember you are enough,

Just as you are.

With each breath,

Let yourself sink a little deeper beneath the busyness of the mind.

Beneath the to-do lists and the planning and the organizing.

What if everything you needed was already within you,

Not out there?

Can you feel that quiet power in your stillness?

That's where your wisdom lives,

Beneath your breath.

Notice that steadiness when you come home to yourself.

And if thoughts arise,

Just notice them.

Let them pass like clouds in the sky.

No chasing,

No following,

Just allowing them come and go.

Each time returning to your breath,

Your anchor.

And as you breathe,

You can feel that energy created in your body.

Each breath refreshing you,

Energizing you,

Like you're plugging in to a deeper source.

A place where you don't have to earn your rest,

You don't have to prove your worth.

Just a place with a more sustainable rhythm.

So let us sit here for a moment in the power,

Steadiness and the energy of this moment.

Just allowing your breath to guide you gently and softly.

You've nowhere to be.

Right here,

Right now.

Repeat silently to yourself,

I am allowed to rest.

I am enough exactly as I am.

I choose to act in this day in a way that honors my energy and my truth.

I carry this stillness,

This truth,

This strength with you throughout the day.

Taking a final deep nourishing breath in,

And exhaling and letting go.

Stepping back into the moment,

Getting your body ready,

Feel your hands,

Feel your feet.

And notice how strong and grounded your body feels.

Energized and ready to step out into this beautiful day.

Needed this one today! Took me a few minutes to move through jiffly thoughts, but the tone and pace brought me, thankfully, to a place of stillness 🙏🏻
