This meditation is to help you clear your mind.
Anytime that life feels like it's hectic,
When your thoughts feel really clouded,
When you're feeling like you've lost your creative spark,
And you question why you're doing what you're doing in the first place,
Allow yourself to come back to this meditation,
Back to this place of remembering.
Coming into a comfortable seat or lying down,
Start to allow the body to soften,
The shoulders,
The jaw,
The space between your eyebrows.
Start to just feel the space that you're in right now,
Noticing your mental state,
Noticing your physical state,
Noticing your emotional state,
Without any judgment,
But just creating the awareness,
Allowing yourself to be here in this moment,
Returning to your breath,
Returning to the first thing that you knew to do as you arrived here on earth.
Breathing in through your nose,
Breathing out of your mouth,
Inhale through the nose,
Full exhale out of your mouth,
Deep breath in,
And a full breath out.
As you continue this rhythm of breath,
Allow it to be your anchor,
Allow it to be your guide,
Allow it to be what holds you here in safety,
In security,
Allow it to be the remembrance that you're here on purpose,
That what you've set out to do is on purpose,
And allow the breath to be a reminder that your life is supposed to ebb and flow.
Just as your ribs,
Your belly,
And your chest expand and contrast.
Naturally,
Your life also will expand and contrast.
As you're here in this meditation,
As you're sitting with your breath,
Listening to my voice,
Allowing yourself to just simply be.
Know that you have everything within you.
Know that you can find clarity and peace in this moment right here and right now.
And even when there's pressure of being a business owner,
Pressure of needing to create,
Pressure of having to do all of the things,
You can always slow down.
You can always tune back in.
You can always refine the breath and ground yourself in this moment now.
Imagining your brain,
Your mind,
As a blank canvas that extends to the left,
To the right,
And it goes forever.
It's limitless.
It's endless.
And in this canvas,
You have the ability to pick up any color of paint.
The first color that pops into your mind is the color that you begin with.
As you hold this paint within your fingers,
You're able to smear it,
Splatter it,
Splash it,
Or smoothly start to wipe it onto the canvas.
In whatever way feels good to you.
Allowing yourself to start to craft as if you are your five-year-old self.
Bringing in your own creativity and allowing yourself to just run wild with this.
Painting as bold or as soft as you need to.
And allowing the paint to really be a representation of what it is that you're experiencing now.
If you want to add in other colors to your canvas,
Choose them here.
Let them represent and embody the emotions that you feel,
The pressure that you might feel,
Or the ease that you might be feeling.
Allow the paint to start to have texture.
Whatever texture is supporting you now,
Whatever texture can represent for you in this moment.
Allowing yourself to create from a place of intuition,
From a place of you just knowing what to do,
What's coming next,
Without second-guessing it,
Allowing the masterpiece to unfold in a way that truly represents you.
In a way that feels fun,
That brings you joy,
That brings you peace,
That brings you back to this inner knowing.
That everything you need is right here,
Right now.
That you are always able to create and express yourself in whatever way you need.
Allowing yourself to find release through any discomfort,
Release of any confusion,
Release of any uncertainty.
And allow yourself to come back to this inner knowing,
This inner belief.
That you can find clarity.
That you can feel grounded in this moment.
And that you are able to clearly express who you are and why you're here.
Notice what feelings are coming up for you.
Notice what's shifting and stirring up inside of you.
Maybe a smile spreads across your face,
Or your shoulders relax just a bit more.
Maybe your breath gets heavier and slows down.
Taking a scan of your body,
Notice how you're feeling in this moment.
And notice how all of your stress and unclarity and uncertainty has been wiped away.
Take your time as you come back to the room,
Deepening your breath.
Making movements in the fingers and the toes.
Maybe shifting your head from side to side.
As you allow yourself to gently come out of this meditation.
