The mind never gets what it seeks The mind also never gets rid of what it wants to get rid of This is the battlefield of such life Such life is shallow,

Is superficial,

Is full of issues,

Sorrow There's no place for joy Because the mind is occupied by the thoughts,

By the ideas Accumulated through years,

Through the whole life Around the center which is called the self of the ego Such a life is meaningless Such a life is full of conflicts Look around the world All kinds of political,

Economical,

Argument,

Issues All kinds of social issues,

Personal issues They are all the consequence of living in those in this way For a mind which is really serious to inquire into it The mind has to observe this in its life To see the consequence of this in itself To see the danger of it,

The real danger To really recognize the thoughts are this order The self created by the thoughts is this order If the thoughts are not in the right place Which means a life that is inundated with thoughts Such a life is also misplaced Such a life is also lost in thoughts So seeing the danger deeply,

The danger of living in thoughts is a matter of life and death As one person,

He only lives on his planet for such a short time If most of the time is spent in thoughts,

Isn't it a pity?

Such a life exists in isolation,

Isolated by the self,

Disconnected from the nature Devoid of compassion and love What's the meaning of such a life?

So,

To meditate is to transform oneself So the perception is no longer distorted So the mind can perceive the facts as facts To live a life beautifully,

Simply Free from the fear,

Illusions And such a life has its beauty by itself And such a life is filled with joy

✨A beautiful reminder that we needn’t spend all moments ‘doing’. We needn’t always be thinking. When I stop, joy is there. Thank you 🙏🏽 🌈🌎🌺☮️💓🕉☯️
