**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

Physically,

We really have the yesterday,

Today,

And tomorrow But psychologically,

Yesterday and tomorrow is a sport,

Isn't it?

It's a concept Based on yesterday,

Based on the past,

We project and predict the future So the future is still an extension of the past,

Modified by today,

Now,

As a concept If the mind feels that there's yesterday and tomorrow psychologically The mind is already trapped in thoughts,

In its burdens Therefore,

Such a mind can't observe or learn So the mind must be free from the past and the future,

Which are the same The mind is really anchored to this point,

This moment,

Has no sense of the self The mind is fresh to observe,

It's also free to observe when there's no burden So you say this learning and observance is quite an art,

Isn't it?

As long as we carry the burden on me and others,

We can't observe The mind is just simply in narratives The narratives have the timeline,

Yesterday,

Last year,

My past,

Today,

Tomorrow,

The future To empty the mind,

One has to sheerly act,

Just drop the thoughts,

Break the continuation of the thoughts And only then,

We can really observe our self's demand
